Surprised at the negative reviews. This Starbucks is my go-to my entire time I've worked at the Mall and even now that I don't. They're usually the busiest location in the mall, which they can't help, and it's weird people are mad that it gets busy. They actually know my name and are always kind and very hard working. In all seriousness, people need to be more understanding when they are busy and doing their best to fulfill orders both in store and online....

All I have to say is PAIGE!! I’d mention her fellow baristas’ names but I forgot to ask. Plus, she was a one woman show for half of our service. Our entire family was blown away by her super-human abilities! MOA is a madhouse, and this Starbucks handles long lines like no other I’ve EVER seen. i was there on Saturday afternoon and by surprise the white blonde lady was yelling at the only black barista on the floor. Totally ruined my experience. Please talk to her about her behavior.
