Definitely don’t come here if you want vanilla sweet cream cold foam they don’t know how to make it at all , all the times that I’ve came here the foam is always watery and never has that thick like how it’s suppose to be .

Coffee is exactly what you think it will be. Starbucks is consistent. When working remotely they have Coffee and power outlets. The staff were friendly and the store was clean.

I’ll admit, I was a little skeptical about Starbucks at first. The first time I tried their coffee was years ago in Hungary, and it didn’t leave much of an impression. But a few days ago, I went to the Starbucks at Mall of America, and wow—the coffee was amazing!

I ordered an iced caramel latte, and it was hands down one of the best versions I’ve ever had. Seriously, it was that good!

The only downside was the wait time. My friend and I waited about 20 minutes for our drinks, which felt way too long. Starbucks definitely needs to hire more staff to keep things moving faster. That said, the team working there was awesome—super friendly and clearly doing their best to keep up.

Overall, great coffee, great staff—just needs a little boost in speed. Thanks!

Lines are long. Management needs two registers open most of the day. Some of us just want a plain coffee, no designer drinks. Two persons should be available for the food prep, too.

I went to store #2705 to get my birthday gift and to buy coffees. When I had my rewards scanned the employee Gustavo told me that he can not help me with that cause my rewards didn’t show my birthday. I proceeded to reason with him, showing him my mobile app and my ID but he just kept rudely saying that he can’t do anything about it “I don’t make the app, I can’t help you”. That type of attitude should never be tolerated especially if you’re on the front lines of customer service. If you don’t like your job…THEN QUIT.

Typical Starbucks, but expect it to be really busy. Lots of Vegetarian options and plant-based milk alternatives for the drinks.

Vegetarian options: Breakfast sandwiches, protein boxes, bakery items, milk alternative options

Parking: Free parking garage for Mall of America.

I've always been told that when you add to your drink, if it doesn't fit in the size you ordered, then you get the rest in another cup. The manager told me they don't do that with an attitude. I used to order SB multiple times a day for years and never had a problem. Last time I'll EVER buy starbucks products

Very rude old Hispanic lady shouting at customers . the manager or supervisor needs some training too. I never experienced anything like this. Long wait time 10-20 min an average.

Employees were not showing up this AM. So service was slow but we thanked those who showed up. Some people were complaining. Come on people. Relax

I think it was Alison(?) who helped me try to locate my favorite mug for sale. She was so kind and went above and beyond, in my opinion. Other stores have said "No" and left it at that, but she suggested two other stores I might look at and gave me the streets and cross streets of their locations off the top of head.
Absolutely excellent customer service.

Rude workers and the staff looks as if they dont really work well together. I went to caribou on the same floor it seemed like the workers look out for each other and operate as a team instead of just doing their jobs.

I came in today and I just wanted a drink and there was a girl in a pink apron standing there making something and this boy was in the lobby cleaning and neither of them took my order. Then some evil lady with no apron and her hair up came out from the back of the store and stood there gawking at something and didn’t even say anything to me, it was absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had at Starbucks and I won’t be coming back to this location.
These people need to prioritize their customers.
This happened at around 6-7

There are barely any seats and they’re all being used yet 6 employees are using the tables for a meeting. Could’ve done it before hours or in the back, poor management! I have never been approached by little kids asking to sit at the same table until today. The sugar and sweetener were empty too.
