I ordered a meal and only got the sandwich. When I tried to call it went straight to voicemail. Never going there again, $25 for just the sandwich is a rip off.

Very bad customer service, I felt discrimination and arrogance on the part of the cashier, Ms. ESMERALDA who served us, was very rude, how is it possible that they are supposed to hire personnel who speak Spanish for better service to the same Hispanic Race and we get this He doesn't ask us what we wanted in our subway. The only thing he asks is what bread and what meat, and from there he doesn't ask what vegetables, cheese, and dressing, but my husband still asked for it. jalapeño and she couldn't even put that in and the meat she asked for couldn't even be seen on the bread, it was more cheese than she herself chose. I'm but upset because I've been to other subways where we've been served by Americans and they've been super kinder and more efficient. They need better employees. who know how to provide customer service no matter the condition

Subways have a wide range of quality these days, but these guys nailed it. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the store was clean. The ingredients were fresh and delicious, the bread was baked perfectly, and I had the best oatmeal raisin cookie I've ever had at a Subway. Thanks for the great meal and experience!

They are really doing their best to stay ahead of things during the pandemic.

My wife was in there tonight with a $60 order. They made me a footlong spicy Italian on white bread. Whoever this Sandwich artist was that put this together deserves a gold star.

For the SECOND TIME, I did not get bacon on my sandwich that listed bacon as an ingredient. I have tried to call the store 3 times in the last 3 hours - each time the message says the mailbox is full. If you want to overpay for the wrong item - this is the place for you!

I stopped in for a sandwich at lunch today. There was an older gentleman at the counter trying to order, noticeably confused about the options. The worker at the counter was so incredibly kind to him and took the time to talk him through the many options available and also made suggestions. Although this seems like a small thing and some people would just say 'it's their job', the kindness and respect showed is not as common as it should be and i wanted to let the staff know that it was seen and appreciated.

I asked for green peppers, onions, banana peppers and extra sauce and they give me this. Sandwich is so thin it's not worth 3 bucks. Always cheaply made sandwiches when ordered on the app. HAVE SOME PRIDE. DO BETTER.

Terrible experience. They have no idea of online orders, then they find it. Make my sandwich wrong (skimp on ingredients and forget tomatoes altogether), then no apology nor a thank you. Pay attention to detail and learn some basic customer service. TERRIBLE.Update march 2024: no longer accepting national coupons and therefore i will never come here again. Ridiculous operation you have going.

Owner has 0 customer service skills I had 2 horrible sandwiches the bread was stale and dry and thought I was lying about it. Will take myself elsewhere. Worst subway I’ve been to.
