I went to buy my food and an Ecuadorian lady was there. I told her that if she took too long on her cell phone, she told me that it would take a while. I left and she was serious that that wasn't right. They pay her for working, not for being on her cell phone. And I asked him if he was taking long on his cell phone, he told me that yes, take care of your restaurants because of the people, otherwise you will lose customers.

I went in and asked if I could use the PROMO Code for a $6.99 footlong that was emailed to me. The employee just looked at me and said "NO" , no speak english. I said you're not going to honor this promo , it says its valid online & instore? The answer I got again was "NO" , I asked for the managers emaill or phone and was once again told NO. I went back my store and used the app and remarkable got the $6,99 deal and went and pick up it 20 minutes later. This store over and over meets the bare minimum.

Ordered Uber eats from this place and only half my food showed up. The driver told me to call the restaurant. Their phone has been disconnected. Now I have a 5 yr old crying in a hotel because she didn't get her food an I have to try and find some other option.

Rudest workers and vegetables look so bad 300 hundred years old no kidding. do your self favorite and don't eat this subway. I was standing waiting to older while workers were chatting foreign language Spanish I got ignored after while I said excuse me oh just minute after long 3 minutes waited I ask the guy why you let customer stand while you chatting and respond me if the manager chatting don't care I don't care so then continue I believe he was tapping same boxes while I'm still standing I asked him are you by yourself he responded yes I asked so you not gonna work help customer taking orders he responded me no not really then I left unbelievable ????

Got 6 sandwiches. Some were fine. 2 were pretty bad. They seemed to have sauce and most toppings outside the sandwich so when I opened the wrapper it all fell out over the table. The other 4 sandwiches were fine though

I’m not sure which employee was working but she had her two kids with her under 5 years old running around recklessly behind the counter where she was prepping the food, in the back and in the lobby yelling and messing around with each other. ???? Like ??? That seems extremely unsafe and not sanitary.

a joke. Ordered delivery for $19 a footlong Baja Turkey Avocado sandwich. Got chicken instead with no avocado or the bacon I paid extra for. I can't even reach them with the phone number they provided.

I have had several really bad experiences with this Subway, it used to be good, what happened? For the third time in as many months I went there today and ordered a turkey sub and it was awful. The bread was hard and stale. The vegetables did not taste fresh, almost tasted like they were freezer burned. The reason I gave it a couple chances is because they used to have good subs. I want to add that the woman working was nice, it didn't have anything to do with her, the food was bad. My advice would be to stop skimping, make sure your food is fresh or you won't last long, too much competition.
