the guy making our sandwiches did a bad job. i said “tomato” 3 times and he put mayo on my sandwich. did not ask for that, and then he asked if i wanted more mayo. my sandwich is ruined and so is my day.

My food was supposed to be ready by 4:55 according to my email. I walked in then and he had not started it. I waited 7 more minutes for him to make my food. He never even apologized or offered me cookies for my wait or anything.

Went there for breakfast at 9:30am. Open sign is on and glowing, hours say open at 9am but door was locked with no one in sight. Not a good look

Definitely don't recommend eating subway anymore because they're really stingy with portion size and the bread has gotten smaller even with foot long. I had no issues with the workers but Definitely avoid subway until they stop covering their ingredients.

I came inside to see 2 workers sitting down at one table and I assumed they were on break or something like that and one of the workers had a face that seemed like he didn’t want me there and he asked me if I wanted a sandwich and I said yes so I told him what kind of bread I want and he asked what size I wanted I said a “footlong” and he didn’t hear me at first so I told him again. Then there was a metal cover for the food which was covering my view of the ingredients. I asked him if he could lower it and he ignored me then I just told him what ingredients I wanted. Then he wrapped everything up and did all that then i paid for my sandwich. After that i asked for a plastic bag since the cardboard bag didn’t have any handles. Then he said that they didn’t have any and I knew they had some because from my previous experience I got a plastic bag. Since i was riding my bike I couldn’t get a good grip of the sandwich and i almost dropped it on the way home. I am leaving this review to advise people to not come here if you don’t like poor service like me. Over all the food was decent and everything else, but I will not be coming back here because of such poor service.

Server rolled their eyes a lot, did not greet anyone when they were here, and moved very slow. Cross contamination was also horrible. Touching trash with gloved hands, not changing gloves between sandwiches, meat falling into the veggies.

If this was my first Subway sandwich I would never order one again. I know they can do better. The bread on both of our sandwiches were so dry we needed to vacuum the floor after we were done. We ordered and paid for extra tuna and got very little. BOGO must have been trying to get rid of old product.

I ordered a salad, which ended up tasting fine. I had two issues, with one being that I asked the staff if the salad was the same price as the 6 inch, since they did not show a price on the menu of how much making a 6" into a salad would cost. She confirmed it was the same price, but after paying and checking my receipt it was $2 additional. Second, it has been some time since I had been to a subway, and the staff did not mix or chop my salad nor ask to do so. It makes it hard to cut your own salad since the only utensil you receive is a fork.

Seemed to be out of a lot of ingredients and no desire to fill the mayo bottle after he ran out on my sub. Only got two slices of provolone cheese on my sub when there’s supposed to be four. A little nitpicky, I know, but when a sub cost $10+ you’d expect a things to be done the right way with a little effort. Also, he didn’t ask if I wanted my sub toasted. Sloppy employee very clearly hated his job. Don’t give this place your money.

I wanted to order something and he treated me like he didn’t want me to be there once’s I started walking in just by look at this face and I want to order the 2 foot long I wanted but unfortunately I was able to just because he started yelling at me for no reason I just think he didn’t want a black Person to order anything. I’m just giving a bad review because something bad happened to me and I don’t want it happening to others. I don’t recommend this place to anyone if you want to go there you can but that manger was my bad experience with him. He had dots in his face I ask for his name but he didn’t want me to expose him but you all will recognize from his dot face he was a lot of dots in his face get and if you all there are going through it and serving others I have been through that as well but I won’t treat others that kind of way I would speak politely to others and respect there wishes because we don’t know what they are going through it from there hard own money

So restaurant says it closes at 10. It does not. It closes from 8 to 9 pm or when ever those working decide to close. I ordered online today letting them know I was going to to be there 8:20. I leave work haul butt to get there and the place is closed. I get home check my e-mail. It says my order was cancelled at 8:07. I placed the order at 6. They couldn't have let me know in the 2 hours prior?

Something is desperately wrong at this Subway location. Last night, I ordered two sandwiches online that were supposed to be ready for pick-up by 6:55 PM. I showed up at 7:00 PM to find the store quite busy with waiting guests, including one waiting for an online order, with ONE person behind the counter making sandwiches. The worker informed us that their boss told them to make the orders for the in-store guests first and then the online orders could be made, and there were 14 online orders waiting to be made ahead of ours. We were told that it would be another 30 minutes to and hour before ours were ready. I left and came back 45 minutes later and my sandwich was still not ready. After 15 more minutes, it was completed and I was given my two sandwiches. One was supposed to be toasted, but it wasn't. The other sandwich was so sloppily made that it was barely edible. This isn't the first time I've encountered serious issues at this location. In three previous visits, sandwiches from online orders have been made very incorrectly each time. Additionally, in those previous visits, the ONE person making the sandwiches had all of the lights inside the dining area turned off and the chairs were all up on the tables as if it was closed. When entering, the worker was rude and unwelcoming. Between short staffing and other operational issues taking place at this location, something needs to be address immediately. At this point, unless I'm told by a reputable source that changes are being made, I will not be visiting this location any longer.
