If this was my first Subway sandwich I would never order one again. I know they can do better. The bread on both of our sandwiches were so dry we needed to vacuum the floor after we were done. We ordered and paid for extra tuna and got very little. BOGO must have been trying to get rid of old product.

I ordered a salad, which ended up tasting fine. I had two issues, with one being that I asked the staff if the salad was the same price as the 6 inch, since they did not show a price on the menu of how much making a 6" into a salad would cost. She confirmed it was the same price, but after paying and checking my receipt it was $2 additional. Second, it has been some time since I had been to a subway, and the staff did not mix or chop my salad nor ask to do so. It makes it hard to cut your own salad since the only utensil you receive is a fork.

Seemed to be out of a lot of ingredients and no desire to fill the mayo bottle after he ran out on my sub. Only got two slices of provolone cheese on my sub when there’s supposed to be four. A little nitpicky, I know, but when a sub cost $10+ you’d expect a things to be done the right way with a little effort. Also, he didn’t ask if I wanted my sub toasted. Sloppy employee very clearly hated his job. Don’t give this place your money.

I wanted to order something and he treated me like he didn’t want me to be there once’s I started walking in just by look at this face and I want to order the 2 foot long I wanted but unfortunately I was able to just because he started yelling at me for no reason I just think he didn’t want a black Person to order anything. I’m just giving a bad review because something bad happened to me and I don’t want it happening to others. I don’t recommend this place to anyone if you want to go there you can but that manger was my bad experience with him. He had dots in his face I ask for his name but he didn’t want me to expose him but you all will recognize from his dot face he was a lot of dots in his face get and if you all there are going through it and serving others I have been through that as well but I won’t treat others that kind of way I would speak politely to others and respect there wishes because we don’t know what they are going through it from there hard own moneyParking: None

So restaurant says it closes at 10. It does not. It closes from 8 to 9 pm or when ever those working decide to close. I ordered online today letting them know I was going to to be there 8:20. I leave work haul butt to get there and the place is closed. I get home check my e-mail. It says my order was cancelled at 8:07. I placed the order at 6. They couldn't have let me know in the 2 hours prior?

Something is desperately wrong at this Subway location. Last night, I ordered two sandwiches online that were supposed to be ready for pick-up by 6:55 PM. I showed up at 7:00 PM to find the store quite busy with waiting guests, including one waiting for an online order, with ONE person behind the counter making sandwiches. The worker informed us that their boss told them to make the orders for the in-store guests first and then the online orders could be made, and there were 14 online orders waiting to be made ahead of ours. We were told that it would be another 30 minutes to and hour before ours were ready. I left and came back 45 minutes later and my sandwich was still not ready. After 15 more minutes, it was completed and I was given my two sandwiches. One was supposed to be toasted, but it wasn't. The other sandwich was so sloppily made that it was barely edible. This isn't the first time I've encountered serious issues at this location. In three previous visits, sandwiches from online orders have been made very incorrectly each time. Additionally, in those previous visits, the ONE person making the sandwiches had all of the lights inside the dining area turned off and the chairs were all up on the tables as if it was closed. When entering, the worker was rude and unwelcoming. Between short staffing and other operational issues taking place at this location, something needs to be address immediately. At this point, unless I'm told by a reputable source that changes are being made, I will not be visiting this location any longer.

A staff member on her second day did not know how to listen when orders were given. She was completely spacing out. I would not recommend when new staff is there. They don't listen and damn near fucked up my order.

Daytime vidit; ample parking; had 6 inch Turkey delicious and all fresh. Sandwich plus drink $10+Clean dining room, nice staffAsked to use restroom so from this bright nice lobby you enter the dark hallway no real lighting hang a right to ladies room. So dirty, poopy paper on the floor, the door does not lock, s big hole in the wall at baseboard level as you turn right looked like a huge mouse hole. Dirty tile grout at floor level, toilet paper nearly out and floors dirty.Walls need paining, get lighting back there and clean it up. Made me wonder y what else was dirty there and making our sandwiches

Why do you have items on the menu that tells what's in the sandwich but the sandwich maker still asks me what I want on it? Number four tells what kind of meat so he already knew that but then he asked me what kind of cheese. On the menu it says two times provolone. For footlong sandwich he puts four round white slices. I don't think that's the provolone. The provolone I think is the triangles. And if it says two times provolone and he thought it was provolone what does he put on there if it's just one time provolone. Shouldn't have been twice as much as a normal serving? But what really got to me was when he first asked me what I'd like to order and I asked if he could take the coupon for footlong for $6.99. He just kind of nodded his head gently like it was a bother to answer. When I asked again then he gave me a verbal response like was a d*** question. I assume that some of the locations don't take coupons.If this place cared about it's customers, we'd see replies from the owner on these comments.

Wouldn't take a coupon I got two days ago, 11/30/2022 saying it's not valid until Jan 2023 when it expires 12/24/2022. The employees are really lazy and not helpful at all.

Have you seen or heard of the “soup N**** from the old Seinfeld show? That’s what it’s like buying from this shop. Very unfriendly staff (Eli). Clearly the owner is a very greedy unethical person. I watched them treat a family very poorly. They don’t honor any discounts or coupons.
