Last 3 times I've been here... the condiment station has looked messy and dirty.. plus old looking stuff.. whether its late morning or afternoon.... every time! old lettuce and more than half empty always. old looking tomatoes and empty last time.. it's gone way downhill in the last few months imho. It used to never be this way before at this location. So much for the eat fresh motto! Prices keep going up and are ridiculous.. and quality down... I could spend just as much or slightly more at Jimmy Johns/Jersey Mikes/Firehouse and get a WAY better looking and by far tastier sub.
Also.. the paper bags with no handles suck.. especially if walking or biking a distance...

My Fiance' went to pick us up a couple footlong sandwiches and the bread was real small? Why did they get rid of the big foot long sandwiches? The parmesan cheese bread was my favorite and a good subway size, They seem to be making everything smaller nowadays, This subway wasn't worth the money that we paid for two, I no longer recommend Subway to any friends/ my Family..If you want a yummy big loaded Sub go to the Fire House Subway little restaurant! It's my favorite!!
I used a coupon for a 6" for 5$ that I got in the mail but the employee did not apply it so I had to pay full price.
Vegetarian options: You can get a sandwich without meat but they charged for extra cheese *eye roll*

I always have had great experiences with this location! Very clean, friendly staff, equal serving sizes, and the best cookies! The owner is also very friendly and pays attention to the details. Love the updated renovation. I would highly recommend & this meal deal (pictured) is a great price ?

Clean and friendly family-owned business. The food always tastes great (my favorite is the Subway Club). It is wheelchair accessible and the mall is a perfect place to go for walks in the winter. They’ll always have my business. There is also a large parking lot with plenty of spots.

When my family and I came in there was a sign that said “Be back in 5 minutes or less” so we waited for nearly 20 minutes before we left. Ridiculous. We called out several times for somebody but nobody came. Extremely disappointed and unprofessional. We took our business elsewhere and are never coming back here.

Never thought I'd experience racism in Minnesota but here we are.We came here to eat with our family. We asked the clerk for a key to the bathroom. He ignored us and started closing the registers. We asked him again. He said he didn't know the key code. We asked him who would know and he wouldn't answer. He then went inside the store. At this point we realized what was happening and walked out. The man ignored us and didn't tell us how to use the bathroom and IMMEDIATELY SHUT THE STORE DOWN. At 2:53 pm.

Had presented a coupon to the worker and he said since they’re in a strip mall they couldn’t except them, my mom has never had this issue so I’m wondering if it’s cause I’m Asian?will be calling corporate office and if this isn’t true bout the coupon, I want him fired!

Worst Subway ever! The past few times I've been in here, there are no employee(s) visible in the store. I assume the guy is in the backroom on his phone. After I enter, I end up standing or sitting around for about 5 minutes waiting until he comes out and starts to serve me. There is like no bell to ring. And if the employee is using the bathroom, there is no sign to let us know, if he is the only employee working that day. I honestly wouldn't care if he is on his phone if there are no customers present, as long as he's in the main part of the store, like by the register so I can see him and he can see me. The food is good, but the service is the absolute worst. Sorry, but I am never coming back here again.
