Never thought I'd experience racism in Minnesota but here we are.We came here to eat with our family. We asked the clerk for a key to the bathroom. He ignored us and started closing the registers. We asked him again. He said he didn't know the key code. We asked him who would know and he wouldn't answer. He then went inside the store. At this point we realized what was happening and walked out. The man ignored us and didn't tell us how to use the bathroom and IMMEDIATELY SHUT THE STORE DOWN. At 2:53 pm.

Had presented a coupon to the worker and he said since they’re in a strip mall they couldn’t except them, my mom has never had this issue so I’m wondering if it’s cause I’m Asian?will be calling corporate office and if this isn’t true bout the coupon, I want him fired!

Worst Subway ever! The past few times I've been in here, there are no employee(s) visible in the store. I assume the guy is in the backroom on his phone. After I enter, I end up standing or sitting around for about 5 minutes waiting until he comes out and starts to serve me. There is like no bell to ring. And if the employee is using the bathroom, there is no sign to let us know, if he is the only employee working that day. I honestly wouldn't care if he is on his phone if there are no customers present, as long as he's in the main part of the store, like by the register so I can see him and he can see me. The food is good, but the service is the absolute worst. Sorry, but I am never coming back here again.

Got rushed out of the restaurant at 7:30 they were extremely rude and only cared about leaving on time for there 8:00 close, the lights turned off at 7:35 and I will be never coming here again extremely

I went in last week hankering for a meatball sub. I excitedly clutched my coupons that came through the mail the week prior.The store attendant was sitting on a chair in the corner scrolling through their phone.When I was finally acknowledged they stated they don't take coupons. Needless to say I was bummed out and don't plan on returning.

We ordered a spicy Italian a Bella Motzza and a monster wrap. The issue came when he grabbed the steak for my wrap no measurement no container to microwave it and put it on the wrap and asked for my veggies I had to tell him it needed to be warmed up, then he said only the meat not the cheese. Then he charged up signature prices 14.79 for each sub and my wrap. My wrap was the smallest wrap I have ever gotten from a subway with half a ye meat that is supposed to be on them. I will not return to this subway. They over charge and under deliver and still expect tips!!!

Paid 12 dollars for a sandwich with little to no protein and a drink. Got a Philly with no idea they were not able to toast it. The person working was not friendly and asked if I wanted toppings. Just started to wrap up with no questions.

This is one of be the best subways I’ve gone. I went and ordered a bmt sub and I took less than a 2 min to make. The service was fast and very convenient! I also noticed that the store was clean and the vegetables looked fresh. Highly recommend this place.Vegetarian options: Fresh vegetables and many options

I actually liked the service specially for a fast food restaurant. The bread was freshly made and my sub was well prepared. On top of that, the employee (woman) made it super fast which I liked because I was in hurry. If you need something fast and delicious, I highly recommend this subway. I will definitely be coming back here. Also I noticed that the vegetables were fresh and the store was clean.
