I've never been in the store, but my old church got their donuts for Sunday mornings and they are the best donuts I've had in Minnesota. Maple and blueberry donuts are phenomenal! Crispy, sugary, yet light. Just freaking delicious!
What a hidden gem! The warm, welcoming staff are only shown up by the exceptional, affordable donuts. Everything we’ve tried has been delicious. Be sure to get there early if you want wide selection, as they do sell out.
I have a cheat day about once every 2 weeks and the only thing I absolutely need on that day is an apple fritter!! I tried to get one from 2 different donut shops yesterday and they were sold out. I have already had an apple fritter from each of those shops in the past and they were pretty good… but I am telling you, I am so glad they were out because it forced me to go to Sunrise Donuts who has the best apple fritter I have ever had! I popped it in the microwave for 20 seconds...
