We were there almost 2 hours due to very slow service. The food was great, but the waiter was clearly overwhelmed. It took forever to get our check, and salad came after the meal instead of before. My Thai chicken salad was fantastic, but a couple of people ordered medium steaks, and they were well done. The waiter said it was because Delta canceled a bunch of flights. However a restaurant this close to airport 🛫 should be prepared for the unexpected.

I was here once with a date. This was my first time trying American food, it wasn't good. The waiter that served us, I pulled out a tip to give, and she snatched it from my hand. That was scary.

Horrible service waiter never took our order, they tried to give me a drink in the wrong glass super smaller than what I ordered. They aren’t prepared to handle the amount of customers they get. Food was average, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere

TGI is home to me and my friends. We always find ourselves coming back here lol. I know it doesn’t look like anything special but the food was really good and hit all of our American food cravings.
Pros: - free chips & salsa w/ the app - a breadstick in my side salad!! - luv the strawberry lemonade - mac + cheese was super cheesy, super good 😋
I will say the prices are quite a bit higher than what we remember but that’s like any place nowadays.

There was no heat. Servers and mgr wearing jackets. To high priced for the amount of food. Terrible food. It should not have been open with very little to no heat. It was almost like being outside. Wont go back
