We went as a work group later in the evening on a Thursday night. The food was priced fairly, and the bartenders were nice.

Do you guys answer the phone? I called 4 straight times, and just kept ringing
Long waits, rude and disrespectful host and manager. Also they let drunk customer stay drinking at the bar. Stay away, especially if you have children with you.

Beautiful holiday decor and fun seasonal drinks menu. Attentive service.
Everything was ok I haven't ate at a TGI Friday's & about 11 years maybe longer wanted to give it a try wasn't worth $67 or the $11 tip also the mini burgers remind me n taste like sausage I didn't like the rib was very small it also was a $5 add on

Honestly I loved my experience here at TGIF! I thought that the food options were a bit limited, but our server was an absolute GEM. He was kind and very personable. The seasonal drinks are fantastic (and you can make the mocktails into cocktails😉) and the decorations and overall vibes were great. The only reason I gave 4 stars was solely for the limited food menu, however if that's your vibe then this is the place for you

Would not return. Our food was disappointing abd feel we were shorted. 2 of 5 boneless chicken had meat inside. Others were clumps of burnt breading. 6 ribs were delivered as 5 bones. You sound to much $$ eating out to waste it here.
Movie playing was very loud...Die Hard with repeating machine gun fire throughout meal.

70% of the tables were dirty. Had to find my waiter for service. Drinks bad. Food worse. Manager did nothing to rectify situation. Check should have been adjusted. Entire experience unfortunate.

Horrible waited almost two hours for food like 30 minutes just to get drinks food was reheated and waitress never came for refills or to even give a check I guess when they automatically charge you 18% for a tip they don’t have to do anything
Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else……

I was staying at one of the nearby hotels and decided to give this location a try. I ordered a carry-out chicken Caesar salad and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The order was done in under ten minutes. The chicken was well seasoned and not at all dry, the dressing was on the side so the greens didn't get mushy on the walk back, and they waited until I arrived to dish the ice cream so it was still fully frozen. A great experience for a Friday night at TGIFriday's

Margaritas were pure sour mix.
Ordered the chicken Ceasars salad for lunch and it was incredible. Loved the dressing and the added parmesian crisps were a great touch! Ordered it with grilled chicken and it was perfectly cooked. Staff was incredibly friendly. Thank you for a delicious lunch!
Disappointing Experience – Wouldn’t Return
We ended up at TGI Fridays (Minnesota airport location) after our Sun Country flight was canceled. We had food vouchers that we thought we could use here, but unfortunately, the manager said they weren’t working. I did see him try to run them, and they were declined — not his fault. We ended up paying $86 out of pocket and even tipped $10 because the manager was kind and did try to help us.
However, the rest of the experience was just awful. Our server avoided us every chance he got. Anytime we had a question or issue, he’d make excuses or not even pass along our requests to the kitchen.
We ordered the Friday Feast (3 meats), and the food quality was unacceptable:
• The mac & cheese was cold.
• The broccoli had mold on it.
• The pork ribs were so dry we couldn’t eat them.
• The sirloin, ordered medium, came out well done and tough.
We ended up throwing most of the food away.
We came back the next day and spoke with Terry, the manager, who was very understanding and said he’d email us a gift certificate to make it right (will update on this). He even offered food or drinks to go, which was thoughtful. But honestly, after that experience, we wouldn’t eat here again.
We didn’t go back to complain — just to make them aware of how bad the food and service were. Hopefully, they take it as constructive feedback and improve for future customers.

It's typical bar food, I tried a drink with vacation in its name it was very good they didn't have the brownie I wanted for dessert. A friend had the ribs very tender, falling off the bone. I had the shrimp, didn't like the coleslaw, the waitress was nice with the appetizer, two drinks, and two desserts the bill was $107.and some change.
