Booked our Holiday party well in advance of the requested date . Signed a CONTRACT for 2 hours of kart racing. Got there and they told us they only had us booked for an hour. I produced the contract and Manager Ben explained that event Manager Steph had made a mistake and oh well…we could only have an hour. What could we do? We had closed our business and 20 employees standing there. They offered we could have free hammersclagen for our inconvenience. Big deal. Service at bar was slow and unfriendly, even tho in contract we were promised our own tender. (It was our own window to order). Steph emailed next day to apologize for mistake but has the audacity to suggest we looked like we had fun anyway so why were we upset. Do NOT book for company event. Go elsewhere…anywhere else. Prediction…we will see another empty spot on 4th floor MOA again soon. Horrible experience.

Came here for the Winter Wounderland, not so much. Please step up the decorations. Now the meal, it was delicious. I had the Leadfoot Cubano and it was one of the better Cubanos I've eaten. Garlic fries were very tasty, and so was the Swanky Garlic Cheese Bread. If your in the MOA travel up to 4 and give this place a try. Plenty of games, go carts and even axe throwing to entertain the whole family.

I went there to try some go-karts, but the experience was disappointing. One of the staff members spent the whole time flirting with the girls and ignored other customers. When I pointed out that one of my seat belts was tangled, they just had me ride without fixing it. Plus, they didn’t bother helping me figure out how to properly wear my helmet, which made me feel overlooked and unsafe.

Dude running the axe throwing was disinterested and clearly wanted us out of the area. Said he didn’t know how to split the tab and couldn’t produce an itemized tab. Lazy or incompetent, take your pick. Either way we left.

The go carts are awesome, the ax throwing was awesome. Chris with the AX throwing was the best server, instructor, and just person overall. He is amazing the energy he brought to our game and time was great.
Chad was the man! Had an absolute blast throwing axes, and the service from this man was next level. Highly recommend the go carts.

I was there last night for an event, and everyone was super nice, staff included. Food was amazing. Overall service was awesome. It’s just a shame that I was wearing sandals so I couldn’t do go karts nor axe throws(because I wasn’t also wearing an orange band, which I guess apparently based on what a lady server told me but she was really nice about it and apologetic). The mac & cheese was out of this world btw. Was nice to see everybody I knew there(from work). My only grudge even though I’m not gonna change my five stars is that the rampage game wasn’t working(OK the sound was but the screen wasn’t but luckily I spoke to someone about it and he got on it, having to restart so it’s a shame I didn’t get to play that, but I did get to play the other games, except The Simpsons which was having a network issue, but I didn’t address it). 10/10 I will be back and I’ll make sure to be more prepared next time. 😉
I wish I got the servers names so I can shout them out, but thank you for the help. I was the guy in the yellow shirt with beige cargo shorts. It’s a shame I didn’t stay for karaoke because I was really tired after a long day 😭

My sisters and I throw axes monthly, and it's the highlight of our month. Whatever Connor is getting paid, it is not enough. If you're thinking of going, make sure to pick a time when he is working. He is a great teacher, funny and attentive, and he will make sure you have a fun experience.
