I've been to other Denny's and Waffle Houses around the country and this one just amazes me how it's still open. Nobody is ever in there and the parking lot is always empty. Not sure what time this restaurant makes it's profits.

I rarely eat breakfast, but today my husband drove us to Denny's in Bloomington. They were quite busy, especially since it is Father's Day, so we sat at the no-waiting counter. Once the waitress saw we were there, our service was exceptional, thanks to Arely G. I ordered an omelet and it was so yummy I'd happily go back more often. Thanks again Arely!!

We ate late and even thought only 2 people were on staff we were waited on quickly and our food came in a very reasonable amount of time. Had breakfast fare. The food was hot and well prepared. Tasted great!

Service was good. It was a Denny's, so the bar was fairly low. For the amount of time they kept my pancakes, I was expecting them to be cooked. They were not.

The service today was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! We arrived after doing a missing persons search all day. We were greeted and seated and that's where the customer services ended. We ordered our drinks and let the server know we were ready to order. After being outside in the cold all day we knew what we wanted. We got our drinks and then waited. Other patrons came in after us and before we knew it, they got their drinks and their food while we still waited patiently. An hour later, I got my salad and the rest of the table (there were four of us in total) did NOT get anything. None of us got a refill on our drinks, no one came back to "check on us" or any of the sort. It was so unpleasant and like stated earlier ... ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!! We ended up leaving. I couldn't even bother with the salad at that point. It will be a very long time before I come back again ... IF I decide to come back.

Came here on a Wednesday morning, there were not a lot of people in the store(great for me I was in a hurry). Sat at the counter Rosa was my server. This lady had an infectious smile! Kept my coffee hot by constant refills. Her sidekick Rodolfo I think his name was, also helped with refills. Such great teamwork. My food arrived quickly I had the #1 on the new diner deals. My pancakes were super fluffy and my eggs cheesy. Kudos to the cook. I'm glad I stopped here for breakfast.

We just had a quick bite after a long day of traveling. The staff was very friendly, and our meal was perfect, arriving quickly.

Today we ate a late lunch but ordered breakfast. After getting seated we waited and waited finally a server. Took our drink order and food. Finally got water another 10 minutes a coffee and another delay with lemons for water. Still no food, a lot of talking of server and kitchen and still no food. Another 1” minutes and here is our food, my husband egg was a mess and our pancakes looked so dry, no whipped topping and mine was the salted caramel that looked burnt. No explanation or apology. The restaurant had 2 servers, about 10 people there and the time was about 1:30. A lot of talking between servers and kitchen which we could not understand. I do have a picture of the pancakes

We came to Minnesota from Illinois and enjoyed a nice time at mall of America. We left and went to this denny's location and left a total disappointment. First of all I understand during Covid the staff is running short. There was one cook. Our food came out totally overdone and was inedible. We left upon receiving this. Although the server was nice. This was the worst dining experience of our lives. Save yourself the headaches and avoid this location!!!

I like a well managed restaurant and I could tell from the appearance and how we were greeted, this is a well-run establishment. The order was quick and efficient. The food came out very quickly and the taste was relatively good as expected on the chicken fried steak with scrambled eggs, wheat toast, and coffee. The check arrived at a good time when getting another coffee refill. The reason for the lowered star rating was the poor condition of the men's restroom. It not only appeared dirty, the smell wasn't representative of a sanitary bathroom.

This was a pick up order. Everything was as requested. Highly recommend, the staff that I dealt with were great.

We always leave a tip of at least 15% of the total bill on the table, which we did on the day of our first and last visit at this Denny’s. When my husband went to the register to pay the bill, there was a place on the card machine to add a tip. The minimum was $4.45 on a $22.98 bill. The amounts went up from there and he did not find button to deny giving a tip. We had already left more than that on the table and did not appreciate being forced to leave a tip. The food was standard Denny’s fare, nothing special. One waiter was working. We will avoid this Denny’s in the future.
