I was waiting for my drink when I saw a lady dropped a smoothie blender utensil and she just quickly rinsed it with no soap nothing and put that thing into the blender…🤢 never coming back again.

Greedy business. This place adds a hidden “service fee” under the taxes and fee line item. They also default you to 15% tip. All for ordering from a kiosk. Might as well just add a mandatory 20% BS fee if you’re going to be so greedy.
The bubble tea is fine but I will not be returning.

ordered a hot milk tea drink from there on tuesday, 11/26 and the top wasnt properly sealed on and spilled all over my work shirt. this has happened before, not sure if i will be going back.

Love the authenticity of this place & that it feels so fully Asian. Stopped in for first time tonight because of their phenomenal deal on Too Good To Go app & was delighted with the service, staff, & product (🍓 Yakult & oolong milk tea - both perfect!).
Loved that they had Asian Lay's chips for purchase.
Adorable bags, reusable & paper.
Will be back to try coconut jellies!

Bubble tea and atmosphere were good, but when we went in July of 2023, the ordering kiosk screwed up our order. The staff were very helpful and the tea was very good.

They were sampling Thai tea, and when I ordered Thai tea, they said that they were out. Why even sample it if they don’t have to. They then asked what I would like instead and I asked for Strawberry Yakut but they gave me strawberry milk tea with boba.
