Had a very terrible experience. Today, an older woman working there was incredibly rude to me. She was on her phone the whole time, and when I asked if they had a certain kind of pizza she said “NO. We’re not doing any of those tonight!” When all I did was ask politely. I had a free slice, so I just got cheese instead, I had to repeat what I wanted about four times because she was so busy on her phone, and I kid you not every response was super rude! She couldn’t figure out how to enter the free slice promo, which she gave ME attitude about as if I can control her system. Overall a terrible experience! I work in the mall, so I would advise anyone that there are many other places in which the employees are nice to you, unlike this place which makes you feel bad for even thinking about going.

It was my first visit to this restaurant. The pizza looked amazing through the glass. The menu was limited and the staff looked tired. I asked some questions about the food and menu and they seemed bothered to have to answer questions. I mentioned to them that I had never been to their restaurant before and asked for recommendations. I decided to go with the value meal option. I wanted the pasta, but there was hardly any left and it was dried out. The staff didn't volunteer to make more or answer my question if there was any more in the back. I went with the deep dish spinach and mushroom pizza with 2 meatballs as the side dish (as they were out of the other ones I had wanted) and a regular soda. At the checkout, I was asked if I wanted to upgrade to a larger soda and I didn't because I thought there were free refills (did I mention that I had never been to this place before?) and say down to eat. Even though the pizza had been put back into the oven briefly, it wasn't very warm and didn't have a lot of flavor. The meatballs were lukewarm and tasted like plain hamburger in tomato sauce. The food looked great behind the glass but lacked taste in reality. When I went up to get more soda, that's when the clerk told me that there were no free refills. She said that refills were only available with the upgraded size. I reminded her that I was a new customer and she was like, 'Oops, sorry'! I would save your money and keep walking by.

Dont pay with cash!! Assistant manager steals all cash transactions and voids them out on the register

They were rushing me to pick my pizza & they seemed very uncoordinated, uncooked mac & cheese, and dry pizza

From the east coast, pizza west of chicago is mediocre at best

Normally decent pizza by the slice place....but recently they have increased prices, gotten rid of soft drink refills, and in our last experience, overcharged for highest priced slice when we just got slice with toppings and charged for an extra unordered slice. How are you about to charge people 2.50 for a drink then charge another .85 ro refill it when it was half ice to begin with

The food is great!!!! The cashier is awful and rude so it ruins the experience.
The menu is slightly confusing. They have 3 different kind of pizza. One of them says Any topping. I ordered the more expensive one by accident apparently and was short by .26 cents. The cashier was so petty and wouldn't let me keep my slice. I had to go back and wait in the line during a lunch rush. Embarrassing and time consuming for a simple misunderstanding. The cashier was not friendly about it at all.

Good selection of pizza by the slice, pastas and more. This is my go-to place for something quick at MOA. They recently moved locations to the lower level and now have an expanded seating area.
