I Got the red plate,my wife had the blue plate. The corn tasted like it came from the can. The meat loaf was bland, and also roast beef! Mash potatoes flavorless. All you tasted was the gravy which was also bland. The only good thing was my wife's strawberry malt.

Haven't stopped in for nearly a decade! Came in with a little one, my little one is now 14! Everyone was as nice as they were back then. Very accommodating, friendly and food was as good as always. The woman with short dark hair was a gem. The old guy regulars, very nice. Thanks for lunch!

Wally’s is a Bloomington staple and probably one of the few affordable places still in town.
Been eating it since the 90’s in my teens and I always stop by when back in my home state.
Saturday special was 2 cheeseburgers meatloaf or roast beef sandwiches mix and match for 10.00
My favorite day is Monday the pork tenderloin sammy special.
It’s lasted this long because it’s solid don’t sleep on it especially visitors!
The bbq sauce is unique goes great on the tender roast beef.

The workers were so nice and patient while I was trying to figure out what I wanted. The other people who came to eat at the place were very friendly and patient with me as well. The food was so good. Lots of parking and a great location.
