This is by far the worst Wendy's experience I have had we had to repeat our order five times at the drive-thru because the employee did not know English then when we got up to the window we had to repeat it again and still got our order wrong

I was very unhappy. I wanted to sit and eat in peace, but there were a bunch of loud high school kids sitting around in there. They weren't even eating. They were just there hanging out, and the staff didn't seem to care about the customers that were there to eat.

They are thieves!! I just placed my order and when I got home they gave me a combo with just the bun and hamburger meat, I didn't have anything. Terrible service
I avoid going to this location cause anyone I interact with that works there. They act like they hate life. Sad part is Wendy's is one of my favorite places to go to. I do dine-in and take-out.

I understand understaffed. I do not understand how it took me 26 minutes to aquire 1 meal. If you are prioritizing Door Dash, etc. over your actual in dining or drive thru, please post notice so we know NOT to come in. I have not received such poor service since I got screamed at for having the nerve to order a sandwich at DiVanni's several years ago. My client likes your food, but I do NOT get paid to wait.
