Went with my girlfriend, cashier was polite and quick to hand me my pretzels. Quick and cheap bites. Can't go wrong. Great food and service.

Terrible. Can’t believe I passed up Aunt Annes for this. The cashier did not say a word to me, literally. Not hello, anything else, this is your total… nothing. I then inform the other workers and they just look at me. Back to Aunt Anne’s I go!

The food is always burnt Old and never fresh! I went to buy some pretzels. They’ve tried to sell me some that were greasy and stale. When I mentioned it they told me they would give them to me for 50% off and then I asked them to make fresh ones. They looked at each other and said they didn’t wanna make them so they just gave those ones to me for free. Bad service overall and was not clean! Would not recommend!

Stopped by this pretzel shop for a snack during a trip to The Mall of America. They serve a variety of pretzels from plain, to pizza, to cinnamon sugar, and hot dog wrapped ones. They also serve fountain drinks, frozen drinks, bottled water, and other drinks. I ordered the dog bites and a frozen strawberry lemonade during my stop.

Why did I only give it 2 stars? The pretzel dog bites were burnt on the bottom. They tasted very bitter, as burnt foods tend to taste so they were not enjoyable. The frozen lemonade was not quite frozen either. Overall, it looks like they need some improvements in their processes. I would try a different pretzel place in all honesty.

Literally go anywhere else for your pretzels they are overpriced and poor quality and won’t help you if you have a bad experience. Employee forgot my water cup when I was there.

I was there around 7:10 pm and noticed one of the workers was helping someone (I assume was nonverbal due to the interaction I saw) and the man working was very friendly and seemed to know how to communicate with the customer. It was the nicest thing I’ve seen this holiday season! Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get the workers name ?

The lady was really rude and not engaged. Maybe she doesn’t like my kind. Because I was very polite.No thank you from her, very low-spoken because she just didn’t care.They were out of regular pretzels (like, how?)So I had to buy these greasy and expensive bites.I regret tipping because she doesn’t deserve the dollar.

Customer service from Isela B. was horrible. There was no greeting. She gave me and my family an ugly look. Instead of asking if we have any questions, she just rolled her eyes and touched her phone while we were standing there trying to get help. She had very poor customer service and should be train properly. Cheesy dog bite was tasty but cold. I would never stop by there ever again.

Tried to get a pretzel and lemonade today. Was charged 3x for some reason.The very intelligent person working @ around 12:50pm refused to believe that I was charged even after showing my bank account.So instead of a pretzel and lemonade today I received verbal assault and a bag, for $13.52 + tip.UPDATE 9/15/23- Well wouldn't you know it I ended up being charged still, spoke with CONNOR the GM today after multiple calls from corporate with no response.Connor said he couldn't refund me my money but if I wanted I could take more of my own personal time and come meet him for the refund ? I've already spoke to my bank at this point and they will be refunding my money.Didn't offer me any consideration or compensation for their incompetency but yet wanted me to come take more time out of my day to rectify their error.Still have no idea if their pretzels or lemonade are even good, Connor didn't care to try to convince me they were. AUNTIE ANNES FOR LIFE.Update 10/15. Person who cursed me out and assaulted me with paper take out bag still employed. Keep up the good work.
