We hosted 40 employees recently for our annual Holiday Party. Most were new to Whirlyball, but all left loving it (players and observers alike). The team bonding was off the charts, and everyone is still buzzing about it the following week. The building was stunning, clean, had great parking, and conference room C was a perfect fit for our group. Last but not least, the service was top notch. Jen was incredible as we navigated a dozen important planning emails, and Missy was fantastic for guidance and on-site questions/prep. At the event, bartenders JP and Fiona knocked it out of the park with their great service and conversations. Some of the late crew, myself included, even got in some laser tag to cap off the night, where we made even more fun and wacky memories. Highly recommend to anyone, anywhere, anytime. Especially for corporate events!
Had a fairly mixed experience here. My wife and I attended a party here and overall had a great time, but left with a couple of little gripes. First off this place seemed slightly understaffed for a Saturday. One or two more people out front could have made a big difference however the staff tried to keep up as much as they could with the crowd they had. The bar tenders were awesome and made perfect cocktails every time. Our snag was bowling. It was a little unclear that we had to pay for shoes even though the party included bowling. It's fine that we had to pay the $4 for shoes, but that seems like something that shouldn't be tucked away in some fine print or should be mentioned when getting shoes, but that is what it is. Our time on the whirlyball court was great, but it wasn't clear that we were just supposed to enter the court when it was time to go in since most places usually make you wait until you get a quick briefing about safety, rules, etc before you enter. Overall we had a good time.
Remi is a really good game guide.
Did WhirlyBall and Laser Tag for my son’s 14th birthday party. On the way home I asked him to rate the experience and he said 9.5 out of 10, then all his friends gave him a hard time because they all said 10 out of 10 and he couldn’t find a reason to justify his 0.5 deduction!
Super fun time had a t WhirlyBall. First time there but impressed by easy booking, even had to cancel and rebook. Friendly staff and great bar, had a Whirly good time!
Fun. Unique experience. Great for large groups
A great experience for my daughter’s birthday party! The staff was so nice and accommodating!
My daughter loves this place. Sarah is always great! We’ve had good experiences with all the staff here, thank you! Good wings, fun atmosphere, lots of claw machines and misc games.
Way harder than it looks! Great time with the guys after work meetings. Cheap beer and pizza.
I know this place's main business isn't a restaurant. They're an entertainment hub with a bar for the parents and food for when everyone gets hungry. That being said, the food was perfectly adequate for satisfying hunger.
I came here for the intent of watching the football game that night. The birria pizza we had was a good little way to satisfy the hunger. I certainly wouldn't recommend anyone come here specifically for the food or the service.
But if you wanna play the games, or watch sports, or even take a shot at the titular whirly ball, it seems like a really fun time!

This is the fourth year we've held our Division holiday party at Whirlyball (Bloomington). It's a huge success! We've had different menu options each year, and all have been a hit. They make event planning easy!
Cool place, they also hq e bowling. Foods ok.
Absolutely love this place. Whirlyball is an awesome experience. Bumper cars mixed with basketball and hockey is always a great time. Bowling here is a ton of fun they add a whole new style of bowling. Laser tag is legit.
Maybe the most fun you can have indoors. Bring a group and tell your friends.
We hosted 75 employees here for a team activity night. WhirlyBall is hands-down, one of the best spots for anyone who enjoys a little competition mixed with a lot of fun! Between WhirlyBall, bowling, and laser tag, there’s something for everyone — and every activity brings out that competitive spirit in the best way. The WhirlyBall courts are a blast — part bumper cars, part basketball, part chaos — and guaranteed to have everyone laughing. The bowling lanes are modern, clean, and perfect for relaxing between games. Laser tag is fast-paced and action-packed, great for anyone looking to burn off some extra energy. The staff kept everything running smoothly for us, explaining the games and keeping the vibe upbeat. It’s an ideal place for team-building events, birthdays, or a night out with friends who love to compete and have fun.
