I am older it's not quite as I remember it but it's closed atmosphere was good the help was happy and having a good time working enjoying their customers if the White Castles go away with they will be deeply missed and I know many that would agree with me they don't get their all the time but when you get the Crave you need a White Castle

I havenât had White Castle in years and had the craving for some greasy sliders. I had looked at delivery but also know that going in person saves some money. Uber Eats has each cheese slider at $1.57 and in person is $1.25 and when youâre buying 20 sliders that adds up.
So I get to the drive through and one car ahead of me. Their order was taken and they move up. I approach the speaker and they immediately say one moment. Not a big deal ok itâs a Sunday maybe not enough people so I wait. 15 minutes I waited. Right as I was about to drive away they come back to take my order. I pull up to the window and wait. Another 15 minutes. As I was waiting I was seeing people inside get their orders. Why was mine taking forever?
The food was delicious and hit the spot. It was hot even so at least they got that right. Just be wary of long drive through wait times.
And to be clear this isnât all on the workers but on the management. I only saw two people working that clearly isnât enough to keep pace. It wasnât even busy.

My boyfriend and I just went through the drive though after going to Mall of America, the guy at the window was so sweet and was chatting with us about it being our first time here (we are both from out of town). He even gave us some hats as souvenirs! Amazing customer service, the world needs more people like him.

The employees were fantastic to interact withâexceptionally friendly, approachable, and genuinely understanding. Their great sense of humor added an enjoyable touch to the experience. This occurred around 4:30 to 5:00 PM. I will definitely return here, even though this location is about an hour and forty-five minutes away from my home.
