So, Zantigos is a fast(ish) food place. But let's clear the air right away, they are better than a lot of dedicated Mexican restaurants out there. Been going for decades and can say I will be going until I no longer walk around in this flesh suit. If there isn't a Zantigos in the afterlife, I'm coming back, because there ain't no way I'm giving up my Chilitos, green chili burrito or my taco burrito, not to mention their mild and hot sauce packets! Absolute killer taco joint — this is what Taco Bell used to be — before it got too big. Down to earth flavors and the Bavarian creme churros are insane. You’ll become an addict to these things and be craving another hit, night after night.
Ordered my favorite combo.
Taco Burrito large with extra onions,
And 2 mild Chilitos with onions!!
It still tastes the same back when I used to go to zantigos as a kid in the early eighties.
I hope it's open for at least another 30 more years.
Will definitely be returning and recommending this place to everybody I know!
