I am a wedding and event planner and I worked with Chef Mike, his wife Liz and her sister Bridget at a wedding this weekend, and let me tell you! Wow! I have had many opportunities to enjoy Chef Mike's meals at various venues and am always impressed. They catered my daughter's wedding, and not only was the food fresh and delicious, the service was also top notch. They were friendly, subtle, and intuitive. The planning process was also seamless. I highly recommend!
Chef Mike catered dinner for 56 at Good Ol’ Days Resort in Nisswa on 6/1/22. Our contact person and coordinator was Laura and she was amazing. She helped us choose menu that had variety and was within our budget. They arrived on time with big smiles, set up efficiently, had everything needed, served a delicious dinner that our group loved, then cleaned up and loaded up and headed out.
