The last few times I've been here, my experience has been great! Fresh food and quickly! They've come a long way since a year or so ago. James working the drive thru window is always very polite and keeps things flowing smoothly.
This Wendy's always tries to be the best they can, but they are always understaffed and they have messed up my order almost every time I go through the drive-thru. I have gone in to get my order fixed and they have messed it up 3 times before I got my actual order. And the cherry on top is they're pothole infested parking lot, they have had a pothole right next to the window for over two years and have not gotten it fixed. I have bottomed out my car just trying to go...
I understand things happen and they were very short staffed when we had gone and then one of the workers came in smelling of weed. I don't care if you do it on your day off but coming into work is very unprofessional.
