“We went out for dinner last Friday night and every person working here was working their butts off. Even though we waited to be seated for awhile, every employee that walked by (with hands full of food and drinks) all acknowledged us and said they would be right with us. (That doesn’t happen anymore, other places they just ignore you) Everyone was smiling and polite and the food was great. Worth the wait. Tip these people good, they deserve it!”

“I’ll say the chips were probably the best chips I’ve ever had at any restaurant hot and crisp. They make fresh ones every day about the taco salad. It was very good half chicken half beef. It does come with sour cream which I took off the main disappointment was no refill on water and if you want a refill on chips three dollars even if you have chips left and you want salsa at the dollar

“Whalle Fish appetizer. Cheese Burger with onion rings, shrimp Cocktail. Chardonnay. Coffee with cream.It gets pretty loud inside. My only suggestion would be to install some fabulous wall hangings for a dual purpose. As a sound barrier & some great people and/animals to look at. There is some pretty cool stuff out there. Shaw & Alladin, along with import companies have these available. Another idea if your on a tight budget?? Hang Area rugs.

The workers are so nice even the manager! They never fail to have you smile and laugh before you leave with your drinks and food!”

“Luis Lopez has taken over as the store manager only 7 months ago, and with him doing his job the way that I felt was appropriate I would come to eat at his store in Whapeton ND then eat at any restaurant in my town. He was doing a fantastic job at delegating job responsibilities and teaching each person what to do and not to do. He was holding each person accountable for the job they are on for the day. In my opinion companies need to have more people like him working for them. He was a very upbeat person and showing that he was having fun but still being a manager and setting those boundaries with the other employees. In my opinion him doing his job this way also leaves little area for mistakes. He was very hands on with his employees. Absolutely amazing job and person.”

“My friends and i (6-11 year olds with me being the oldest) Went to dairy queen and qen there with the 17 dollars we earned from selling juice and "lemonade" (dont tell them it was actually juice but whatever) The staff were nice, they gave us our food quick! And it was hot and good. I dont get why i see 2 star reviews. I LOVE THIS PLACE!”
