Great food experience. My advice is to book a reservation. The place is packed through out the evening. The food, the staff and location was great. Try the local artisan bread and burnt butter. You will love it.

The overall experience of the venue was on a scale of 1-10 was a 6. Waitress was attentive, restaurant was noisy with the large group there. As far as the food we had the only thing that was appetizing was the steak. The caesar salad was starting to brown, the vegetable du juor when usually described contains a medley of vegetables and getting only 2 broccoli spears which were half yellow it was very unappetizing. Plates seemed too big for what was brought out for our meals. We are not ones to usually send back food but we wish we had at the time. Overall most of the flavors were good but the kitchen should be more attentive as to what is being sent out.

Antlers is a favorite of ours. We always find time for our annual dinner. We never eat indoors. We love the patio overlooking the golf course. We were the only folks on the patio and our server was more than gracious having to walk the extra steps to accommodate us. The pesto encrusted baked walleye was a delightful piece of fish and well executed. My spouse enjoys their scallops. She elected the appetizer scallops with a salad on this trip. Our cocktails were also well crafted. Just a nice experience all around.

Shared the Antlers chicken, small sirloin with scallops. Everything was cooked to order and wonderfully tasting.

The food and service was good. However, there was a huge group (maybe 40?), mostly men golfers, who were also seated in dining room. After they were seated, the noise level was so high, my son and I could not visit. I wish we had been told we made the reservation, that there would a large group also there. We would have chosen a different evening to visit Antlers.

We were very disappointed of the food. Walleye had no flavor and one us had a hamburger that was over cooked. The waiter was very nice and the view outside is beautiful. We do not plan on returning!

Review, Antler’s Restaurant, Whitehill Golf Course, Breezy Point, MN – August 10, 2024 To say we were disappointed does not begin to cover our experience. My husband and I had a 6:00PM dinner reservation, which I made on Open Table, and of which I got confirmation. We were staying at Breezy Point Resort, and wanted a lovely, fancy dinner for our last night at the resort. We arrived a couple of minutes after 6. We were greeted immediately at the host stand when we went in. They found my reservation and seated us right away, at a 2-top. Water was already waiting for us at the table. I was hopeful. We glanced at the menu, but set it aside, wanting to order a drink and enjoy it leisurely before ordering dinner. We chatted, drinking our water, and commenting about the other 4-top and another couple who had already been seated and were working on salads and appetizers. After about 10-12 minutes, we observed a party of four being seated to our right. We glanced at each other and said, “well, we’ll see what happens.” Shortly thereafter, a server came to the new party of 4’s table and took drink orders, and told them the specials. “OK,” we thought, “maybe that’s not our server. Our server should be right along.” A few more minutes go by. We are out of water now. No one has approached us. We discuss potentially leaving if 20 minutes go by. Next, we observe a party of 4 being seated just behind us, at the window. “OK,” we said; “we’ll see what happens with this party.” Lo and behold, a different server came to their table to wait on them, take drink orders, and so on. 20 minutes PLUS had now gone by. We got up to leave. My husband walked outside; I wanted to talk to someone. I went to the host stand, and asked for the manager. I was told there was no manager; all the restaurants were connected and there was no manager per se. One worker asked if I wanted to talk to a server; I said no, I wanted to talk to the person in charge. She said, I’ll get him. I waited several minutes. Then, someone from the back came out front, who was evidently in charge. He and I talked. His name was David. I explained what had happened. I asked him which server was responsible for our table tonight…he didn’t know. I asked him what their process was for covering various sections of the restaurant; he didn’t know. He looked around and said, “I don’t know how you waited for 20 minutes, when we aren’t even busy.” I said, “I know!” He said, “Do you want to talk to the server who was supposed to be at your table?” And I said, “that’s not my issue, that’s yours.” I asked, “Is there anything you can do?” He said, “I don’t know.” Bottom line, he was not able to explain what went wrong, was not in the know about which server was working which sections, and was not in a position to offer me anything. I mean, a good manager would say, “oh, I’m sorry, come back and sit down, how can we make it up to you?” Nothing. Moral of the story: Beware. Beware. Beware. Think twice about going here, and then think again.

Overall a fine experience. My steak was to be medium, and it was, but it was cold. It also came out way too quick, so I wonder if it was a mistake for another order and swapped in. The staff seemed short of people. So, while our food came out fast, everything else was fairly slow. But, a nice experience.

4 very small scallops for $36. Came with potato and vegetables but, still incredibly small portion for the price. Flavor was fair. Good service. Was not asked if we would like a dessert. Only 1 of 2 tables in the place.

Classic country club. Sub par food at a wildly high cost, portions were tiny, platting was all over the place, food was not cooked as requested. Beef bourguignon was underwhelming and lacked flavor, quality beef was very poor as well. I could go on and on but would avoid unless you want to spend some serious cash after a round of golf.

Ordered Scallops appetizer, and it was very gritty. Guessing not thoroughly washed to get rid of sand. Have not experienced this with scallops at other restaurants. Tenderloin filet was chewy, ordered medium rare. Saltimbocca was dry. Waitress was great!

This is our third trip this summer and we've enjoyed all three equally. Our waitperson, Junior , has made all three of our visits, not only pleasant and relaxing, but also memorable!

My family had a great dinner out on the patio. Sam, a very new server was amazing. So friendly and helpful and has a great personality. Everyone's food was very good. And the cheesecake for dessert is also amazing.

We have come to Antler's numerous times--and love the walleye. It has always be amazing but this one time, it was fishy. We are so surprised. We did leave a review note with the restaurant and are sure hoping this was a rare event, however, I heard they might have a new supplier --hope not because there past has been literally amazing. Hoping this changes!
