Unfortunately when you go to this McDonald's location you have language issues if you don't speak Spanish, inside and out. And when you do go inside to order they try to make you use the stupid self service station. $15 at minimum to work there and they either have a serious issue with communication or they don't take the order at all, you do it yourself. I’ve seen this mcdonalds improve since the last few years. It’s a challenging location on the bus line . Brooklyn Center is a hub in the city. It doesn’t have the luxury to be good in the atomized suburbs. Yet they keep good workers, the place is clean and food is prompt and delicious. the manager deserves a 🏆

This morning I went inside as the line for the Drive Thru was going into the street out of the parking lot. I went in and placed my order on the screen.
