Great spot it has a play area for the kids and that's a plus especially if you're like me and have a kid with tons of energy. The food was fresh and ready within a reasonable timeframe. Staff was polite and helpful. Will definitely return to visit

I generally try to avoid this particular BK if at all possible even though it's the closest to me.
A few years ago I ordered breakfast and when I got there the guy said they weren't serving breakfast... A few days later I checked my bank account and saw that I was still charged. I kept trying to go back but every time I did they were closed. Eventually it was way too long to try and dispute it.
Now, they have decided their window timer is more important than customer experience. Almost every time I go there I have to pull up to the door and wait. I can understand if I had a big order or something special but it was just fries that they had to walk to me.
BK, please don't make the stupid window timer so important. When you go this far it just ruins the customer experience.

I ordered 8 piece nuggets for my son they gave me potato tots!! And I call and the phone is off the hook can’t reach anyone. What a waste waiting in a long line to get the wrong food he was disappointed!
Stopped here for the first time, and it will definitely be the last. The person at the drive thru was so incredibly rude, I have no idea how they still have a job. We ordered a Whopper Jr. Duo, no lettuce, no tomato. When she asked what sauce we wanted with the nuggets I repeated our order and stated that it didn’t come with nuggets. She then proceeded to argue with us insisting we ordered something else that I’ve NEVER EVEN HEARD OF. I told her over and over what we had actually ordered and she continued to argue. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! And after all that, the burgers had lettuce on them, which we very clearly asked be left off. I looked at the reviews after visiting. Huge mistake. If I had seen the measly 2.8 stars out of 5 I would have never stopped. That said, this place deserves a rating of ZERO, ZILCH. The few good reviews must be from the drunk after bar crowd. Bottom line, save yourself the headache and the indigestion and drive on by.

Came in today and ordered food for my family. At first the employee at the front ignored me completely not even saying "hi I'll be with you in a minute" like most places do. I asked for 2 of the Bacon cheese burger meals that come with fries, a drink, and nuggets, 1 kids 6 piece nuggets meal, and 3 additional double cheese burgers. When I got my bags I saw we were missing the nuggets for the value meals and 1 of 3 of the double cheese burgers. When I tried to talk to the gentleman at the front he was confrontational when I asked about it. He tried telling me that I said I wanted the value meal not the way meal. I said I asked for the meal that came with the nuggets while I pointed at the sign when I ordered. Not only did he ignore me and continue to deny what I said I asked to talk to the manager and he walked away. Then I asked if he was the manager and he said yes. I asked then why was he being so rude and he looked at me and said you don't need nuggets.
Well apparently this Burger King not only is run by someone rude but also someone that thinks it's OK to assume and fat shame others!
Needless to say I did NOT get the nuggets or the double cheeseburger that he missed.

Ordered online for pick up, when we got here there were no customers so we went inside to pickup our order. When we got inside the worker asked us what we wanted and we told him that we ordered online and just picking up so the guy walked away to the back and never came back, before you know it he was taking an order from someone in the drive thru. Keep in mind my order was ready and just sitting there. The worker could of just grabbed me my order and I would of been on my way but instead I was standing there waiting for an extra 5 to 10 minutes. More customers came in and stood there with me and asked if I've been helped and I said just picking up but the guy just walked away so the other customers started complaining. It's NO wonder why this place is so dead!! Service absolutely SUCKS here!!! You order online ahead of time to avoid wasting time waiting but nope!!!! Very last time coming here!!! I love BK!!! Just can't stand the people working there sometimes.
