Stop by this BK to get my toddler son some hash brown. When we got home it was hard, stale, old and crusted. The quality was just plain sad. This place just sucks, just stay away. Their not even friendly and lazy.
I have been going to this place since it first opened. Today I found a pubic hair in my onion rings. As of today, I would never go back to this place.

Two days ago, I went to go order food for my autistic child because he only likes their chicken fries and French fries and I tell the worker that I have a code for free fries, I gave her the code and she told me it didn’t work. I pulled up to the window to get my food and she was telling me that I was being “rude” and I got upset over it and I told her forget the code for free fries and to just give me my order, and then I got my food and left. Yesterday, I go back and order the same thing and I gave them another code and then a different lady tells me it doesn’t work, so I pulled to the front and asked her “Where is your manager? Because the codes I use, I’m always told that they do not work.” So she calls her manager and the manager comes and it’s the same lady from two days ago who called me “rude”. The manager again told me that I was being rude and that my codes don’t work. I told her that only when I tell HER the code is the only time where the codes “don’t work”. She used to be very nice to me before I downloaded the BK app which is where I get the codes from, and since then she always got angry. She told me to “get out of here” and then she said she was going to call the police. She shut the window and turned her back on me. I was gonna wait for the police to come but my autistic child was crying because he wanted to get out of there, so we left and went to a different Burger King. If my son eats another food like McDonalds or somewhere else, it would have been fine, but he only likes BK’s chicken fries and French fries. I was told about the app by my daughter for the codes and that’s why I always use it. So I’m failing to understand why the service workers were acting rude to me and had the audacity to call me rude and then go and call the police on me. I even asked her (the manager) who used to be very nice to me in the past ten years why she changed all of a sudden.
Great staff, but if you want to make it quicker, you must know Spanish.
I haven't had a single good experience here. They need to turn off mobile ordering if it still takes them 15 minutes after arrival to have the food ready and when you get it it's still not hot. I see why they are never busy. Horrible service. Will never go back.
First off, I rarely write reviews but these employees are embarrassingly incompetent and I'm not sure how this place is still open with staff like this. Pulled up to the drive thru, no one answered. Had to say hello? Multiple times until someone said they needed a few minutes. Ok fine...after a few minutes passed we said "still need a few more minutes?" No one answered. We said hello? A few more times. Finally another person came on and said they will need 10 more minutes. So we said fine, went to the gas station and came back. They finally took our order and asked us to pull around to the front. We waited out there for about 8-10 min. Then my fiance decided to go in to see what was going on. They hadn't even started making it yet. We only ordered ONE whopper by the way. She said 2 more minutes. We said we would wait but if it's going to be more than 2 min we needed to be refunded. So she went ahead and refunded our money. Like I said...EMBARRASSINGLY INCOMPETENT. Go to the McDonald's across the street instead.

Good place to eat. Only issue I had was as a former bk manager I knew the menu better than the employee, but she didn't understand English well enough to get me what I really wanted. I wanted the ultimate breakfast platter, but had a blond moment and asked for a big breakfast platter. I tried explaining what was on it, but it didn't get through. I tried to put it in myself, but she wouldn't let me. Frustrating, but not really her fault.
Parking: Place was clean, but the men's room door wouldn't lock. The lock was broken, and the replacement lock they installed was broken. Nervous bathroom usage.

I went in and had problems with a coupon the manager was nice enough to help me out and better understand this team gave me excellent service. Kudos to the BK team

Make sure you check your burgers before leaving. Ordered a double and got a single plus the tater tots were old and seemed like it was sitting out for a while.

They give out OLD FOOD I got a chicken sandwich with such a dried out petrified chicken patty it was hard and gross and the chicken inside crumbled when I took a bite. Looks like an old patty from the day before. Absolutely disgusting

Thought I’d try to get the classic Oreo shake at this location… worst mistake, immediately after taking the first sip I could tell the milk was expired. I went back in and explained, they didn’t communicate or anything and told me to wait for another one that I DIDNT ASK FOR? I smelt the 2nd and it also smelt like expired milk.. didn’t even bother for a refund just trashed it. Dont go here unless your asking to be sick lmaoo 😂
