I went on 12/13 around 1PM. I only got one team members name (Mal) who was amazing. They were very friendly and efficient. Overall, the team was so quick and made quality beverages while delivering excellent customer service.

One of my favorites has always been the coolers, but I've been hesitant to order them, because they've often been poorly made (large ice chunks that plug up the straw. Whomever made mine today deserves a medal, since it was flawless.

Stopped here for dessert after eating a delicious meal. I had the Iced Coffee Caramel Cold Press extra Caramel.. It was made just right. Customer service was nice and friendly. Our drinks were ready within minutes. Wait time was minimal. It was an overall great experience. Will stop in again sometime.
