Breakfast sandwich seems to be prepared with a microwave. Not toasted, barely cooked bacon, etc.

We are visiting from out of town and have stopped by twice, drive thru and in person. Both times they got order wrong. It was simple stuff. First time I catched it when I got home and came back. It would be nice to have your order read back to you or written on the cup so ppl make sure they dont get on the road with a hot drink and find out you got coffee instead of the matcha you ordered, and I dont do caffeine so there goes my morning drink 😞

I'm a Boo loyalist... nice location. Friendly staff. Great food & drinks. We love Cariboo because they have more than coffee & tea for caffinated beverages. Our order was exactly as ordered. Lite ice & still water for our energy drinks.

I've been coming to this Caribou for a long time, the people seem nice, but it seems like lately there's one person that works in the morning that seems a little snippy. She's always acting like she can't understand what I'm saying and then kind of acts rude saying Huh. I have a deep voice and the next person at the window said thank you sir, they said they didn't say that, but I know what I heard so I just played it off and said, okay. I would rather person admit to me that they made a mistake.Then they said they didn't say something. She might have said it unconsciously. I wasn't mad, I was trying to correct her, which I did in a polite way. She said she didn't remember saying it, but I would never accuse somebody of something that I know I heard. She probably didn't mean it. I think I'm just gonna drive out of my way to the Caribou on Broadway not because of what I thought I heard, the first person that seems to have a missed communication then comes off short towards me. It has happened more than once. After all, that was said and done I didn't even get the correct cream cheese for my bagel. They gave me plain.

I placed an order for pick up and walked over from my job. I normally check my bag prior to leaving but this time I did not. When I arrived to back to my job as I was about to eat my breakfast no cream cheese which I’d paid for was present, so back I head.
