I visited Caribou Coffee near me this past Friday, October 18, 2024. I wanted to get the Mint Condition coffee drink. There is not a dine-in option at this Caribou Coffee. The service was excellent! However, the coffee drink was poor at best. It did not taste like coffee. It was very sweet and I felt lethargic for a good part of the day from sugar overload. Not sure if I will ever visit a Caribou Coffee again.

I went to this caribou today and I had my dog in the backseat, so the girl asked if I wanted a pup cup and of course I said yes. My dog loves pup cups with whip cream in it. He started scarfing it down and then he stopped abruptly and I looked in the cup and there was not whip cream at the bottom but a watery substance. I placed the cup aside and about halfway home my dog had thrown up all over the backseat and has thrown up 3 more times since and is incredibly ill now. It seems his stomach is causing him pain and he just seems miserable. My dog is like my child so this is very important to me. I don’t think anything was intentional but maybe the barista didn’t shake up the can of whip cream or something but something was definitely off about it. If anymore developments come of this I’ll update this post

Vegetarian options: The “Just Egg Sandwich “ and all the treats are vegetarian. Also bagels and cream cheese. I know there are more sandwiches as well

Great location. It's much better than the one located off cedar lake drive in Saint Louis Park. Employees are very pleasant, I prefer this location over most others. They get my drinks correct, and if not, they're more than willing to correct it. That says a lot. It's one of my favorite locations.

The worst location ever. Never have good service. No one listens I ordered my drinks and asked to used my bday and instead they used my points. Been waiting on customer relations for a couple days to return my request but I guess since its not urgent they have no reason to get back to to give me my point back I have a screenshot of me having the birthday reward. Its very inconvenient when people don't listen to what you are paying for or using an reward. If I had one closer to me I would go to that one instead.
I drove thru the drive thru and I was welcomed with a pleasant greeting.The girl at the window was also pleasant. My coffee cooler was excellent. All good!

I was in a hurry so placed my order and wanted to move forward to get my coffee and leave. It took an extra 5 minutes to ask many additional questions to each car waiting in the drive through. Service and coffee was great.
