Had a wonderful experience! Our family enjoyed visiting this location. The young girl taking our order was very polite knowledgeable love that she read back my order to verify for accuracy. Her name takes said Kyra and in training. Great work!

I placed a mobile order and approached the worker outside who was taking orders on an iPad in the cold. I didn’t mind the setup at all, but she mentioned that her iPad had suddenly died and that a manager was coming to help. When the manager arrived, the interaction felt unnecessarily tense. It came across as though the employee was being blamed for something out of her control, and as a customer witnessing that, it was discouraging.

There was also some confusion when the employee with the dead iPad tried to direct me to the speaker box. I wasn’t sure if she was speaking to me or someone on her headset, so she had to repeat herself. Not a huge issue, but it added to the overall lack of clarity.

At the speaker box, my order was confirmed correctly, which I appreciated. However, when I pulled up to the window, the staff member assisting me seemed extremely frazzled—almost as if it was his first day—and appeared overwhelmed. I was given two Diet Sunjoys that I did not order, and unfortunately I didn’t notice until I got home. This was concerning because someone in my household has an allergy to ingredients commonly found in diet beverages, which meant we had to throw them out. I normally would’ve reached out directly to the restaurant, and I acknowledge that it was my mistake not to, but it still felt disappointing.

At the window, I could also hear the team yelling back and forth, including the same manager from earlier. They were discussing changes to “Jocelyn’s order,” but I’m unsure if anything extra was added or charged since this was a mobile order. The entire environment felt disorganized and stressful, which is something I’ve never experienced at Chick-fil-A before.

This was my first genuinely negative experience with Chick-fil-A, and I usually don’t leave complaints. I’ve always known the brand for strong leadership and excellent customer service, which is why this visit stood out in such a disappointing way. I’m not saying I won’t return to this location, but I do hope this feedback is taken seriously so the team can improve communication, teamwork, and the way they speak to one another—especially in front of customers.

I know fast-paced environments can get hectic, but I also know Chick-fil-A has systems and support to help things run smoothly. I hope this location can reflect more of that standard moving forward.

I got the cobb salad in the drive thru, the egg that they sliced up on my cobb salad was a very teeny egg like maybe a pigeon egg and one of the slices had yolk in it, and the other three slices did not have any yolk in it and the slices was as big as a niclkel. I thought one of the main ingredients in a cob salad was the eggs. Next time, I'll bring it to their attention of what they did and ask for an extra egg that is regular size.

Ordered on the app to save time so when I get there it’ll be ready. Ordered about 20-25 minutes to give them time to prepare it. Arrived at the parking lot and app says making order now. Still had to wait 10 minute to receive food. Defeats the purpose of ordering online. This is the second time it has happened at this location. Will not be returning. Other location has been pretty good.
