Chipotle Mexican Grill

Get my spot in a line of vehicles that wraps halfway around the building. Slowly creep my way to the next in line. The customer in front of me waited 5+ minutes. My turn, finally! Instead I sit, looking through the window at 3 employees taking care of online orders. Should be efficient right? Nope. All 3 of them just making and bagging while NO ONE tends to the window. I saw the same employee look at me 4 times and just ignore me. Finally after 5+ minutes, she opens the window and I figure, you ignore me, I ignore you. She barely eeeks an "Excuse me" out. Excuse me!? Excuse you!
Manages to hand me my order and I ask where my fountain drink is. "In the bag", she says. In the bag? Really? A fountain drink? Open the bag and guess what wasn't in there? Another employee says I have to tell them I ordered a drink.

It's mind boggling how inefficient and poorly run this location is. It's obvious they don't care to listen to their customers or make any improvements.

**Edited to add: no thanks to the automated response from the owner. Bad reviews go back 11+ months. Pretty obvious you don't intend to make changes or improvements.

Don't order online here. Had Brisket and they added so much salt that it ground between my teeth like sand. No response from management when I brought up the issue.

If you can't finish all your food in one sitting, they charge you 50 cents for a to go container.
Also, my burrito was poorly wrapped, and the steak was burnt.

Have to give a shout out to Elauna. Her smile and enthusiasm made my day. The other staff working were friendly and polite. I came in close to closing and there was no feelings of bad attitude with me interrupting them. Big praises!

Order on one bowl as left the half full wife’s was normal size customer service sucks. Can not talk to a human shouldn’t pay full price for half

This location is horrible, they always missing something, no white rice. I went today at 8pm and the are of 4 things they don’t have, clearly they didn’t want to make rice, and the rest of the 4 things they were missing. She told me the Blaine location open later. I know all chipotle locations open 10 to 10 ?

Builds a “Chipotlane” but you can’t order from it half the time because it’s closed. They also Claim to be open till 10, but you can’t order anything past 940. But they don’t tell you that until after you’ve placed an order online.

This place is not professional at all. The music is very disrespectful cussing out loud the food is old or they run out. Very bad chipotle restaurant

This store always has a great crew.

This location is so hit and miss, mostly missing. Today we picked our food up through the chipotlane. When we got home, it was ice cold. We had to heat up our meals in the microwave for a few minutes each. Why is a to go order made with cold items? I'm taking it to go so I can eat it right away, not to save for a later time. And everything was so watery. All 3 of our bowls we had to pour out some liquid from them.

There a black kid serving me and she put cream into my order but that I didn't asked for so I ask her to remove the cream for me instead but she just throw it to the trash with unhappy face ..and make a new one . She picked everything haft for the new one accept the full spoon of hot sauce ( you can swim in the sauce)...when the order is done she come and helps the other but not checking me out, so I walked out the door without the food...of course she will throw the second one in the trash again..!!! Not happy with the service!!!
