Picked up my order from the drive-thru. Got home less than 5mins later and food is stone cold. It’s like it was sitting next to the window that was open or something. Once we reheated it, everything was fine, but should’ve been hot from the get go.

We went to this chipotle because it was near our sister school and the place was empty except for the staff so that was nice and it was around 3:00 usually lunch time so we were surprised the guys at the front asked us the regular questions and gave amazing portions without have to ask it was a pleasant surprise one thing i didn’t like was when the guy doing the topping was saying my toppings aloud like for example i asked for the tomato’s and he gave them to me but i love tomatoes and i said could i have a bit more tomatoes and he said it eerily loud but not at the same time also same thing with the sour cream I don’t know just rubbed me the wrong way i suppose but everything else was amazing!!??

Worst chipotle in the area. It’s never open inside and always has an “online only” sign on the door. Always out of food and they don’t cook past 7 so if you do actually get food from them a little later they won’t have it or be cooking more to replenish stock. If you order online they will fill it with random stuff if they don’t have what you want. When it opened I used to get food from there all of the time but after a few years it’s become terrible.
My favorite place to eat after a good gym workout. Place is always dirty but that’s chipotle.

Horrible, I went to the store last night after work, there was a sign in the door saying online orders only. So I ordered 2 meals online and had to go through the drive thru because the doors where locked and once I got home, half of my husbands stuff was in my burrito and he barley had anything in his. $31 and want money back but no answers the phone and this pepper bot keeps saying I can get a free burrito and a free drink. I don’t want that. I want money back for a messed up order that I didn’t even eat half of.

Please learn to read what's ordered. You had no guests in store at the time and you still managed to mess up an easy order. Ordered a burrito, got a bowl. Used my guac rewards, got no guac. This isn't the first time either.Edit - 1 minute after review and into attemping to consume this bowl...there's no green chili salsa in it. Just close the place down. I will drive the extra distance for Q'doba from now on.

This has to be the worse Chipotle in the Twin Cities. The service is terrible and the employees don’t keep the store open. On 12/31/23, I got to the restaurant around 6:15 pm to grab some dinner before going to work, but the door was locked. The sign on the door said they closed at 8 pm for NYE. Also, there was no sign on the door staying there were only doing online orders. This is not the first time the employees will lock the door. Do yourself a favor and visit the Chipotle over on Jolly lane or in Crystal. I will never visit this Chipotle again..
