First time here. We ordered takeout. I got the West coast avocado chicken and egg wrap, and Italian ice w/ raspberry and blackberry. It was delicious and a nice light adjustment to my growling stomach!?

Nice relaxed place to have a leisurely coffee with family or friends. Nice corner seating. Reminds me of the nicer coffee shops on the West Coast.

Locally owned, great food and kind service. Will definitely be going again. Cold brew was fantastic and the Chik Avo breakfast wrap was very good.

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options (not as much vegan), but allows for removal of things like sauce and cheese. There are also non-meat wraps, salads, and breakfast sandwiches. As well as bakery items such as fresh baked muffins and scones.

Parking: Plenty of parking on a Sunday afternoon. Only one other customer in house.

Kid-friendliness: Spacious area with a variety of chair and table heights, with community board games and activities.

Wheelchair accessibility: The accessibility is not directly in front of the shop, but over to the right there is the ramp incline into the sidewalk.

Cold Soup. Small sandwich. Not that flavorful. Just blah.

Why this place gets less than 5 stars is confusing. Great food and drinks.

The weird little manager on shift almost got smacked for having an attitude because he had to do his job and being weird because it was 20 minutes til close, Had thee biggest issue we ordered 2 sandwiches. Definitely shouldn’t be in management if you’re going to act like a kid.

We love coming here. Our weekend experiences can be quite mixed depending on who we see working and if they are training new employees. Our best experiences have always been during the week when the owner is around.Today we probably had our worst experience so far. Our breakfast wraps were loosely wrapped. The muffins we saw come out were deflated. My signature drink was made hot so we asked for an iced one as ordered. I have no idea what was made the second time, I ended up just throwing it away. This weekend employees are pleasant and courteous, they just need more training.

I ordered a chicken artichoke sandwich, a "bowl" of chicken and wild rice soup, and a chocolate chip cookie. The sandwich was not edible for me. It was very texturally off-putting since they are using chopped up thin sliced deli meat. The soup was edible but extremely bland and was a small portion to be called a bowl, in my opinion. The cookies definitely are made from store bought dough (think Pillsbury). I did not try the coffee and possibly would go back to try it but I would never order food from here again.

I was pleasantly surprised at the vast menu offered at Daily Dose! I personally went with a salad, and it did not disappoint!

I visited this shop in Nov 2023 and had 3 issues meaning I'll never go back:1) They don't take cash which seems nonsensical to me. Normally, we would've turned around and left seeing this sign on the door but we had driven 25 mins for coffee believing the good reviews here. Basically, we were "desperate."2) They couldn't/wouldn't make us basic cortado's despite telling the guy behind the counter exactly how to make them. They basically ended up giving us cappuccinos in to-go cups which is another stupid thing: not being able to get a proper cup to drink our coffee. We might as well have gone to Starbucks or Caribou!3) About a week after going, I received an email with a coupon to return. I NEVER would've knowingly given them my email so have to assume they stole that data from my forced credit card purchase. Seems pretty pathetic if you ask me.Anyway, I wanted to share my reality with others who might not be the basic, normie coffee drinker...

Service is really kind, coffee is good, plenty of tables available, and a reading book for kids. The hours are a little limited (close mid-afternoon though lunch menu is available) and some larger, soft chairs might make for a cozier environment, but a great spot nonetheless.

The coffee drinks are nice. Awesome, helpful, engaging staff.Update: still great. LOTS of alternative milk choices, which is great. Brooklyn Park location is my default store. Never busy or crowded and the staff is great.

Dietary restrictions: I noticed gluten free desserts in the bakery case. didn't try any, but love seeing more and more of these options.
