Cashier was friendly but she was on her phone for a few minutes I had to say excuse me and hi five times. She also got my ice cream size mixed up. It's okay, she was friendly.

I was at Dairy Queen today 8:50pm I am a usual customer here at this location even though I have move I still come to this Dairy Queen very disappointed the girl who help me today she has red light hair she was very rude bad customer service when I got to the window I told her to confirm my order she try to argue with me told her that I had 4 ice cream in total she only had 3 she rolled her eyes and didn’t even let me speak. This is the second time she assisted with bad attitude and very customer service hopefully the old crew comes back they had excellent customer service not like now.

Locked the doors at 9:20 pm and the sign on the door says that the lobby closes at 9:30 pm. The manager was super rude and told me to get back in my car and go to the drive - thru! I think not!!! They just threw away a $20 dollar order and 2 faithful customers. I will not be going to this particular Dairy Queen again! My money is too precious to give it to ungrateful management!!!

Whatever happened to this location is a shame. Used to be best service around and now we have a counter unattended for 10+ minutes. Even if you wait its aleays made subpar so not even worth the lost time

Then I tried to order a pecan blizzard. I chamgrd ordrr to Maple Cookie Blizzard.

Hours are wrong! Drove over 20 minutes to get ice cream for my pregnant wife because it said they are open until 11. I got here at 10:30 and they closed at 10. Both the website and Google maps are wrong. Ridiculous

Worst experience ever! Workers aren’t wearing the correct work attires. I got a triple chocolate brownie and the guy making it used his barehands to grab my brownie, my brownie was also not warmed up, and he didn’t add cocoa fudge, chocolate chunks, and the whip on it. Just overall super unprofessional and unsanitary!

New management will run this into the ground. Wearing open toed shoes, family employees arguing in front of customers. Hired multiple new employee just to let them go the next day so they could employ family members.

Used their bathroom while waiting for our blizzards. No toliet paper and garbage over flowing in bathroom. Garbages in location is also over flowing. There were 5 visible employees anyone of them could have changed them. And still waited for 15 minutes for our blizzards. I work in customer services and if ecosure came in you guys would fail! Not cool.

The WORST Experience I have Ever Had with Customer Service!!!!!
Ordered through the drive thru a banana split with strawberry, marshmallow and pineapple toppings. I have allergies to chocolate so always orders this type of banana split. Have always gotten what i ordered. Got the order with no receipt with a cover on the order. Drove away. I was not driving so i opened my order and realized there was chocolate instead of marshmallow on it. We drove right back since we were still in the immediate area. Went back to the drive thru, the young man who had just helped me said he could not give me a new order without a receipt. We did not get one, so asked to print out a new one. He would not and said we got what we ordered. I said it was not what I ordered and explained the allergies and still just asked us to leave that he could not replace it, even though i tried to give the one with the chocolste back...i did not have a bite out of it. He would not even take that one back. So we asked for a refund, and he would not do that either. He just said we got what we ordered and to please move forward. Then, shut the drive thru window and locked it and just turned away. My friend who was driving pounded on the window. He opened it and squeezed her fingers in the window so bad that she already has bruising on her knuckles. This just happened at around 4:15 today, Tuesday. Someone else in the store decided to make a new order with the right stuff, handed it to the guy at the window who claims he was the manager!!!! Nathan he said his name was but refused to give us his bosses name and phone number. He claims we were calling him rude names. I did not eat the new one because who knows what they may have done to it like spit on it, etc. I have been a manager in customer service in different retail organizations for 47 years and have NEVER been treated or allow an employee of mine to treat anyone this way. I am 69 years old and my friend driving is 65 years old. This is shameful and we will NEVER go back to this DQ again nor promote it to anyone. What has happened to proper training and accountability for behavior.
They did not listen to my order in the first place. Then try to cover their behind. Not in my manager book!!!

I stopped there and got a hot fudge sundae with bananas in it and it was the perfect treat for a hot day hadn't had one in ages
