Delivery took over an hour. Pizza was undercooked and cold. Ingredients were tossed on the pizza sporadically and not covering the pizza evenly. Some pieces literally had no toppings while others were over full. I've consistently been disappointed with the food and service here. Unfortunately there are not many choices around my area. I even got an email from domino's telling me they messed up on delivery and offered a free pizza. Really don't want a free pizza because they will probably mess that one up too. They should refund my money.

It’s Dominos. You know what’s you’re getting, usually. This location, you don’t. Consistency is nonexistent. 75% of the time, you almost get what you ordered. Frequently have things missing from an order. Order Buffalo Mac and cheese? You get Mac and cheese. Order extra sauce? Your crust is dry as the desert. You pay $5 plus tip for delivery? You get to drive back to the store to get your items corrected. Terrible customer service. Nothing but attitude from the staff. You bring an error to their attention and it’s “what do you want us to do?” Your job?
It’s too bad too. This location had a great manager that was turning things around several months back. He recognized repeat customers, always made sure orders were correct and overall, wanted the customer to be satisfied.
This location is pretty inadequate now.

This has got to be the worst location in MN! I have ordered from here three separate times and all three times they don’t put the garlic butter on the crust.
This last time I just ordered from there I told them it was missing the garlic crust. They handed me the bottle and had me put it on there.
Everyone at this location always seems mad. No one ever says hi ,hello or thank you!

I moved into Brooklyn park and wanted some domino's I came in and this wonderful young man with dreadlocks came and helped me and told me all the wonderful types of pizza this store has to offer, I couldn't even choose so what he did was stretched them all out for me showing me what they each looked like and said I can choose from any of these, he even showed me how they applied the sauce and cheese the right way to make a beautiful pizza and showed me all the toppings available and he was also busy having to help other customers and make other orders but during all that he put his full time and attention on me even chatting with me while making others orders and showing me how he gets them, he is a sweet young man and I will surely be coming back to this store.

I went to the store a lot and I noticed that the best employees Stacy and Lori have not been lately. Therefore I have not been ordering there. There are people in that store now that are rude. I know that the general manager is amazing but have not been there lately. I hope Stacie and Lori will come back soon I will not order anything from the dominoes until something is done with the other staff that are there. Staci and Lori and Ed are the best

First off we have had really bad service from here before.. but this time was the very best service I have had from here... obssa and Jr were awesome.... they found the mistake and instead of giving it to me and hoping I didn't notice.... they fixed it right away and apologize and had it fixed in no time.... absolutely awesome 👌..... that is what I expect customer service to be.... obssa and Jr great job

Horrible experience. I usually go to the one on Zane but accidently ordered from here. The pizza had the wrong crust and the wrong sauce from what little sauce was actually on the pizza.

Idk why this store is so low but this store has treated and given me amazing pizza. Every time I go it’s hot and ready and it’s gets done in about 8 minutes. They deserve credit for their work now.
