Update: They promised to reimburse me and never did as of 12/08/2025. Terrible, horrible customer service! Can't even stand beside what they promise
Update: Check out the photo! Finally a response and yet they are still not reimbursing me or sending me a free anything pizza coupon. And after seeing so many terrible reviews on Google and everyone having quality and accuracy issues at this location never making it right, they've lost not just my business but many others. Thieves and liars.
Twenty + terrible reviews in the last year! Their accuracy and quality control of orders is non existent.
After reading all of these terrible reviews, this location needs to hire a staff person for each shift that looks at each order for accuracy and quality. Plus staff slowing down and rereading the order receipts SHOULD be the first step added to staff after such terrible outcomes. But this Domino's location doesn't care.
If I could give negative Stars I certainly would.
This Domino's Pizza location can't handle simple orders and they for sure do not stand behind correcting their mistakes!
October 18, 2025:
I am handicapped and on a low income. As a treat I bought two pizzas with a coupon for $9.99 any size pizza any ingredients each.
A family member picked up the pizzas and brought them to my house.
One of the pizzas was made by mistake by adding an ingredient I didn't order which was jalapenos. This happened to be the one pizza that I was going to eat because I couldn't eat the other one. We all know picking off jalapenos doesn't take away the spice from the oil that gets in the rest of the ingredients around it.
I called the Domino's location and asked to speak with a manager who promised to send me a free pizza to my login app.
Three days went by and no points arrived in my Domino's app. I called the store again and was promised they would show up within 48 hours. I spoke to someone twice by this point.
I ended up placing a concern of my issue on the Domino's main website at their feedback tab. I received an email back the following day advising that the email had been forwarded to my local Domino's and would be handled.
It has now been 3 weeks! and two more times of me contacting Domino's! no one is addressing their mistake or paying me back with either a credit to my credit card or a free anything pizza!
I've lost my trust in this Domino's at this point, that they make pizza incorrectly and not make it right for the customer.
This location are liars about making their mistakes right for the customers, thieves of the customers money and don't care at all for their customers!
This franchise owner is terrible! The owner needs to go back to business school to correct all the mistakes that are happening at this location such as accuracy, quality, customer service and rudeness!

I'm not happy about today's service from dominos. The store near me where I order usually my pizza didn't do a good job.
Today's pizzas came delivered cold and look reheat pizzas. It was overcooked. I don't know what happened? I usually tip the order but the first time I'm not adding a tip, my order was just not acceptable. Dominos should work on the quality of their Pizzas.

Ordered Parmesan Bread Bites. Had some butter/oil and Parmesan sprinkles, but very sparse. They were undercooked and absolutely flavorless. Waste of money. Pizza was marginally better but clearly my request for extra sauce on the pizza was ignored. This location is very hit or miss.
Ordered 3 large pizzas, got three mediums. One of which was completely the wrong pizza. If you're in Brooklyn park just go to Jet's...

I’ve only ordered delivery twice from here so I can’t leave stars for atmosphere, yet the pizza is spot on for Domino’s! I read reviews honestly nervous to try, yet I’m glad I did as both times in the same week the pizza was delivered on time, orders where correct, drivers listened to instructions, & the pizza was hot & fresh! Will keep buying from here as long as the food and service remain the same. So far I would recommend them.

Horrible! Waited over a 1/2 hour in store for pizza. Asked for Ex large thin crust. Got a large thick crust. Did a half and half pizza. Asked for green olives didn't get it, half the pizza was dry!
I placed a late nite carryout order right before close and Jamiera made that pizza so delicious and fast, it was all I could have hoped for!

On 09/26/25 I placed an online order for 1 large pizza and 1 16-piece wings. Upon returning to work with my order, I discovered that my order for my wings were incorrect and I was shorted 8 piece. I’ve had this store location get my orders wrong in the past, such as missing toppings or incorrect toppings. This time it was approximately $10 worth of order that was missing which prompt me to call the store to give them the opportunity to make it right. My call reached a gentleman who ask that I return to the store with the incorrect order and they would remake that order for me. I informed him that it was not possible since I am at work and I used my lunch break to pick up the order. The next option that was given to me was to credit me $10 which would equivalent to an order of 8-piece wings. I accepted this offer in hopes of using that credit towards my lunch the following night, but I was suspicion rose when the gentleman refused to give me his name so I can refer to when claiming store credit.
09/27/25 I called the store to place an order and to use the credit, but failed to reach anyone on the other end. I called 5 times, but every time someone would pickup the phone and immediately put me on hold or mute me. My call logs will show that I that I tried multiple times and even waited patiently for 6 mins, giving the store members the benefit of the doubt that all the other failed calls was a mistake. I was proven wrong.
I would recommend that people stay away from this store location if possible or even give your business a different pizza chain. If this store is your only option, then just be careful.
Dominos do you let your employees represent you in this manner? Just understand this is a poor business decision if you do.

I recently ordered a Philly Steak Pizza from this location and was extremely disappointed to receive a pizza that only had green peppers— When I called the store to address the issue, I spoke with Tony, the assistant manager on duty, who was dismissive and unhelpful. As a paying customer, I felt completely disrespected and unheard. This is not the level of service or quality I expect from Domino’s. Please do better.

This was honestly one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. Whoever cut it must’ve been using a butter knife in the dark, because the slices made no sense at all. The dough wasn’t even cooked through. I felt like I was biting into Play-Doh. Then just when I thought it couldn’t get worse, I found a hair baked right in. At that point I tapped out after one slice and tossed the rest. Biggest waste of money, and easily the most tragic “pizza night” I’ve ever had.

If you’re in you mood for pizza do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! If they don’t deliver your order to the wrong address then there’s an excellent chance your order will be wrong, cold or both. Stay away from Dominos.

Last week, I had to cancel an order because the delivery time exceeded an hour. Despite that, my husband and I decided to give Domino’s another try this week. I placed an online order and received a confirmation email. After waiting well beyond the expected delivery time, I checked the pizza tracker—only to find that my order had been canceled without any notice.
I called the store and spoke to an employee who told me, “We don’t deliver to your address.” This was confusing and unacceptable—I’ve lived at the same address for over five years, just six minutes away from the store, and I’ve ordered from Domino’s countless times without any issue.
I mentioned that I realized my old phone number was still on my Domino’s profile and asked if I could update it. I assumed maybe the driver tried to contact me using the wrong number, which would be understandable—and I take responsibility for that part. But what bothered me was how quickly the employee gave an answer without making any real attempt to check what actually happened with the order.
When I asked to update my number, the employee said “yes,” then immediately hung up. I tried calling back twice, waiting 5–10 minutes each time with no answer. Out of curiosity, I used my husband’s phone to call—and someone answered right away. That felt extremely unprofessional and dismissive.
I reintroduced myself and explained the issue again, including that I had just been hung up on. The employee responded, “Sorry about that,” and then went silent. I had to repeat my order details multiple times, and when I re-asked to update my number, she again said “yes,” but then sat silently for about five minutes as if she forgot I was still on the line.
If quality assurance reviews recorded calls, I highly recommend reviewing today’s calls—especially the one from my number and the one from my husband’s. This kind of service is disappointing and unacceptable from a brand we’ve trusted and used regularly.
I'm not going to keep spending money here if this is the kinda people that are going to represent this place. They're unprofessional, lack problem solving skills, and customer service.
