Parking: I am handicapped and I have patronized this location since the day they opened and I have never had a problem getting a close or handicap parking spot.
Visited today for the first time. Customer service was top tier! Was greeted at the door. The gentleman was very helpful in offering advice on the menu items. I've visited a few Hooks in the area, I had bad experiences with the quality of food and was reluctant about giving this one a try. I learned immediately that they are not affiliated with any of the others in the area. I decided to order wings and fries and a pizza puff. It was a good decision as they were cooked and seasoned to perfection! But not only that, the quality of the wings were really good. I informed them before leaving at how pleased I was with the quality of the food and the service. I might also add the restaurant as well as the restrooms were both very clean and well maintained. If you are in the area, check them out. I'll definitely be a return customer. More than pleased!

The fried Okra was good. Chicken wings tasted like they were starting to spoil, and they still cooked and served them. The shrimp didn't taste fresh either. Catfish was ok. Could've been cooked a little longer. Not happy after spending $30+ dollars.

These guys are remarkable! Food is amazing, service is incredible, menu is ridiculous awesome. I drive an hour to get there and the trip is always totally worth it. My 13 year old daughter, 98 year old grandpa and my middle aged self are always highly satisfied. The guys in back cooking and taking orders are friendly, fast, and make THE BEST FOOD. PERIOD.
