You know those scenes at Walmart where there's 20 people standing around in the area in front of the checkouts and maybe one cashier? That's how this store operates.Most of the self checkout stations were closed. I don't know how that is a thing. There were two cashiers working, and they both had very long lines. So I stood in line at one of the self checkouts.After five minutes or so, that self-checkout errored out and that person needs an employee to fix it. So I switched lines. After another five minutes, this other checkout also gives an error that needs an employee to fix it.There are no employees anywhere aside from the two whole cashiers.The food I was going to buy is probably still sitting there by the checkout. My lunch break was all the time I had to buy these supplies, and I spent it without managing to get anything.I used to work at a Hy-Vee back in 2006 or so. I wonder if private equity took them over or something, because it was a much better quality place back then.Edit: the next day I went to Cub and it took five minutes total. Meanwhile I got a form letter from a woman named Zach? Hmm.

This was a very disappointbig experience. We received a mailed from Hyvee and it had great coupons if you sign up for their Perks. So we went to the Brooklyn Park store to sign up for Perks and the customer service employee was not welcoming what so ever. it wa. as though we were a burden. She didn't explain anything and entered our information and ssid our card would show up in a few days but in the meantime we could just need to use our phone #. So we went shopping to use out great deals! When we got home, we discovered that didn't receive any of the perk pricing which was super disappointI my! Obvioudly. just giving your phone number iis not enough. Make sure you check your receipt before you head home. Hyvee is gouging customers. I'll stay with Aldi!

As a vendor, I had serviced many Hyvee stores in the metro. Most of us called them Hymart because they try to sell way more than just groceries. Their entire operation is a joke. Incompetent managers make most of the employees incompetent as well. I've never seen such a poor operation in my life. Price gouging at its finest too. I don't know any vendor who enjoys servicing a Hyvee store. A complete shit show!

The meat that they are selling in the self service rack is select beef. They put a fancy word like reserved beef like it's some sort of special meat. It's the worst grade of beef out there, and they charge premium price. Then when you go to the service counter you get charged a premium price for your normal everyday choice beef. You are being crooked and Don't know it!

Helpful smile in almost every aisle.When Hy-Vee arrived in Minnesota this location was our go to and we were impressed. They had a great variety of ready made and hot items, an extensive cheese and meat area and a great bakery for specialty donuts and cakes. We would also visit their market grille for meals occasionally and always had a good experience. But, on a recent visit it seems things might have gotten a bit worse over the years. While the wide range of options still exist, it wasn't the HyVee experience we usually expect. In particular, we needed assistance at the meat counter and were greeted abruptly and felt like we were being a bother. After asking a question the employee abruptly walked off (to get the answer) but felt weird that there was no "let me check" or "I'll be right back". Ultimately we got the info and product we were there for but my partner and I were left wondering what just happened. We still are fans of Hy vee but won't go out of our way to visit this location unless there is a very specific need, which is what took us there in our most recent visit.

This review is for Wahlburger. My first time trying it. Definitely it felt more gourmet than Burger King and the likes, although for the price, there are better burgers out there. Not bad though, and I like the restaurant's ambience too.

The young lady that took my order was helpful and kind. I enjoyed my walk around the store to see what they all had to offer. Looks like a lot of great deals. My salad was excellent!

This particular store have major issues with their bakery and deli items. They are often not fresh. They should be doing operations checklist and putting expiration dates on their products before giving to the customers. Service is always slow. They have different managers and employees all the time when they feel that they have this “my rules” and play this and that when it comes with arguing about wrong pricing. It’s just better for you to order home meal kit like Sunbasket or Grubhub

Fantastic space, parking is easy. You'll find every aspect of Hy-Vee's ecosystem at this location (carwash, gas station, etc) Staff were alright, they were focused on their tasks for the most part. I was slightly confused on how the space was used, most of the store wasn't accessible. Majority of the isles had boxes in them, it was hard to take photos that told a story besides a messy one. For better context, it looked like it was a brand new store on the verge of opening although this location has been open since 2016. I'm sure it doesn't always look a mess, but the mess took away from their customer service. I'll be back to see if I have a different experience.

This Hyvee locks it's main doors early (8pm tonight), so you have to walk down to the pharmacy entrance door. More walking for customers. No explanation Hy-Vee. What gives?!

Typical Wahlburgers menu. Nothing to get excited about, but there are drinks. Of course, I was disappointed because I was expecting the Market Grille, not burgers.
