Jet's Pizza

My favorite fast food pizza place in the area, price and taste are on point as well as service consistancy.

Online ordering can completely break before you get a chance to decide what to order. Logging back in, force stopping or restarting the device does nothing. Without being able to order online, you will lose a lot of business.

Well made Jet 10 last time! (Sometimes the toppings are sparse, sometimes it doesn't seem fresh baked)

Got take out from work, pepperoni calzone had elastic wrapping around each slice of pepperoni-- thought it could be some sort of edible casing but was unable to chew through it, pulled it off each piece and definitely felt like elastic/plastic. Flavor of the crust was great though

I had a fantastic experience at Jet’s Pizza! I called to place my order, and Michael answered the phone with a friendly and professional demeanor. When I arrived to pick up my order, he was just as welcoming in person. He was down-to-earth, accommodating, and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu. Michael went above and beyond by introducing us to other items Jet’s offers beyond their amazing pizza, which made the experience feel personalized and engaging. He even took the initiative to ask how many red pepper and Parmesan packets we wanted, grabbing them for us without any hassle. The pizza was perfectly prepared. Michael and his colleague that evening gave excellent service and the delicious food made this visit a standout. I’ll definitely be back!

EDIT: I make the drive, no matter how far it is. For Michael and Savannah. Savannah, your a Rockstar, a solid head on your shoulders and are going to go more places in life than you ever thought. This place brings tears to my eyes. Whether or not it's the pizza talking... These two folks are more than legit.

Was told 7 minutes for two slices and a soda. At 15 minutes a box was placed on the shelf by which the worker then helped another customer. By 25 minutes instead of just sitting patiently I stood by the counter only to be handed my order which had been sitting on the shelf.

Person helping was friendly and courteous but obviously didn’t care about others time.

First time placing an order for home delivery. I wasn't sure what store would be in the delivery area. Whoever took the order was understanding and patient. The pizza came warm and fresh. The delivery time was faster then expected!

Ordered delivery and wrote I was giving a cash tip. Driver decided to give himself his own tip / made an error and charged me extra for an additional tip. Called to follow up said they would call me back. Never called me back. Good pizza disappointed in the customer service.

My fiancé and I ordered from Jet’s pizza last night and later on in the night got food poisoning from it. Mind you all I had that day was water so I know for a fact it’s from the pizza. When I called them to let them know, they could have cared less and told me I couldn’t get a refund. He only offered a store credit and said he is refund everyone, he would be out of business. No way are we ever eating there again!

I recently visited Jet's Pizza for a late-night pick-up and ordered a calzone sandwich, specifically requesting no ham or bacon. Unfortunately, when I got home, I was disappointed that my order was incorrect, raw, and soggy. It’s frustrating to have specific dietary requests go unheeded, and the texture of the calzone makes it difficult to enjoy. I hope my experience was an anomaly, as I’ve had good meals from Jet's Pizza at other locations. I recommend double-checking orders for accuracy and ensuring that food is cooked to a proper standard. This was my first time at this location, and I am not sure if I would go back again.

During the Vikings game, we saw ads for Dominos, Pizza Hut, Papa Murphy's and Little Caesars, and we were thinking about Jets.

It hit the spot, and it's so delicious. Love the thick, chewy crunchy crust.

I usually love Jet's pizza, however, my last purchase will be my last purchase, at least from this restaurant. There was a hair in the pizza. When I called to tell them about it, I received not so much as an apology. Customer Service is definitely dead.
