UPDATE: WAS offered a free giant sub due to my allergies to lettuce with my cell #. Went to pick a new one up & they didn’t have any number on file. Dropping my rating now 2 stars less as my time was wasted.
It’s not as good as a deli, yet it’s better than most sub chains. I’ve eaten here several times, the food/service is always good…just be sure to check your take out orders. Sometimes people forget, and may add something or miss something, happened once here, called them about a lettuce allergy, they apologized & made it right. Please don’t scare people off from this store with bad reviews about wrong orders, as they care and fix it. Would recommend.

My family likes Jimmy John’s sandwiches but it has been so long since they’ve gotten an order correct. I can’t remember the last time.
I mean, completely wrong sandwiches or multiple missing ingredients.
I paid $10 for lettuce, a slice of cheese, and a slice of cucumber and tomato. I used to like the staff here, but this is legitimately unacceptable. I'll eat lettuce all day everyday but I'm not going to pay these people for it, I'll spend $2 on a bag of lettuce at a store closer to my house. Thanks.

This was our first time going to JJ’s in Brooklyn Park. We got to the door and there was a sign that said they were “closed for Easter”. Today is Saturday April 19TH… AND it was about 6:30PM when we arrived. I thought the sign was for tomorrow, but as I grabbed the door handle it was already locked. This guy behind the counter approached the door and proceeds to tell us they’re closed early for Easter weekend. The sign didn’t say that… I then told him tomorrow is Easter though not today. He said well for Easter weekend we’re closed early. I suggest maybe have a better sign that states you’ll be closed on Saturday and not on Easter. That was very confusing. Also, two other people came up behind us to go into the shop, but I told them they were closed. I had already turned around to leave and the one guy who came after us then told me the kid who came to the door gave me the middle finger behind my back.
The problem isn’t the sign or that you closed early. The problem I have with your place is for someone who’s closing early for Easter gave me a middle finger.
Please correct your unprofessional and rude employee.

I ordered delivery to my job and they never bothered to make my order. Called the store three times with no answer. The tracker said my order was delivered so they must have faked completing the order in their system to get out of working. Go ahead and skip this location if you would like your order to be completed.

First off, EVERY time I walk in they're playing my jams and I'm trying not to dance while ordering. Definitely do it when I go fill up my drink though lol! The employees are polite, attentive and offer great customer service. I visit this location frequently since it's close to home and my job. I always get a J.J.B.L.T. or the Little John version. Perfect with Kickin Ranch every time!

Well I walked in to order a Little John (Roast Beef) and was Immediatly told the Big John was the same price with Chips and Drink included. NO NO IT WAS NOT!
THEN they proceeded to make the Sub With the Topping they wanted On it even tho 3 times I stated WHAT I WANTED. By the way I wanted ROAST BEEF, CHEESE (LETTUCE, ONION, MAYO, OIL)!! Not very hard.
Maybe if ther would not have been 3 different employees tryn to help as my order was being taken it may have worked.
But a guy out on the dinning floor was interupting. And the guy at the Register didn't say anything as he took my order. And #3 Sandwich maker was tryn to b so "FREAKN"FAST" he was adding toppings b4 I said.
Rediculous!! By yhe way NOT EVERYONE WANT VINIGER +OIL!!! If this is Jimmy John's way CHANGE IT. THNX!!

Saturday, dinner time. Decided to order for pick up and get out of the house and see who creates these perfect sandwiches. Turns out, it is human beings who are kind, committed, and conscientious. I’m going to have to do the pick-up thing more often. Thank you, JJ team for these delicious and tightly-wrapped bundles of nourishing goodness. Perfect again, as always.

Ordered lunch for my team at work. Placed the order at 11:50am, team takes lunch at 12:30pm, assumed that would be enough time for "freaky fast" delivery (learned my lesson here!), maybe a few minutes late. Lunch is over at 1pm, still no food. Called store to see what the issue was and was told they only had one delivery driver. Didn't receive order until 1:15pm. There is nothing freaky fast about an order taking 85 minutes for delivery. If you only have one delivery driver, maybe put up a notice on the order page that delivery orders are taking longer than expected. I would have done pickup instead.

Got no service at all due to them not answering there phone and im calling at 6pm on a sun and online says open until 9pm. And unfortunately this is the only one near me that delivers. Called the one on jolly lane and they answered there's and they close earlier and they only had 1 employee working. That says alot about the difference in service between the 2 locations. At this point I would rather drive to where I'll get acknowledgement!
