This is a good KFC store. Reason for one star less than 5 star is location is unsafe due to naborhood and store needs better layout inside store and happy staff working. Maybe the owner of this location shares profits with employees and pays them better so they feel more appreciated and preform better as a result. Parking lot needs a fresh coat of Blacktop.

This KFC is hands down one of the best family fast food stops around. Compared to other fast food restaurants these days I really like the value that you get here. The food has always been hot and fresh at this location and to go along with that I have been impressed with the drive thru staff that I have interacted with. They've always been polite, professional and had a smile on. I like the fact that the store, parking lot and drive thru always appear clean and I really appreciate the drive thru intercom system being clear and at a good volume. Keep up the good work.

Ordered original recipe 8pc chicken. Every Tue and it tasted like stale, slimy, chemical run-off. Not the delicious original recipe. Garbage food. Garbage service. I'm pretty sure it's the employees and not the recipe.

No greeting, there's only one cashier (Caucasian lady in her 50s) that was having a conversation for like at least 10 minutes with a customer on a topic that is completely unrelated to the business. Pickup area is empty, they hold mobile orders in the back actually which makes no sense. Another customer came in and cashier still ignored me and asked that customer what's up. Unprofessional and ineffective.
I ate here one time and everyone including the manager was nice to me lol. I bought a $25 chicken & waffle box with a medium size drink, literally the best thing I ever eaten from KFC inna while including yall fried chicken sandwich 🥰

This restaurant is always out of what you want to buy. They are either out of crispy chicken or regular recipe don't have french fries out of mac and cheese don't have napkins. Is always something. The drive-up speaker is like something from the 1980s just static it's no wonder they can't get the orders correct
$10 for dr y chicken and overcooked biscuit? At least the wedges were decent..

Service was very slow sat in drive thru for 24 minutes they gave me the wrong chicken that was ice cold I ordered a biscuit I never got as well as a small side of Mac and cheese that wasn't even a full serving 9 employees and none of them knew what was going on all teenagers not older than 17 with no help from management I didn't even see a manager then when I called to speak to a manager I was told there wasn't one and hung up on smh dont waste your time here
