Ordered online for pick up. Got there and the guy ahead of us couldn't decide what he wanted. After many minutes I stopped aside ands said excuse my do you have an order pick up spot. He said no went back to person. I interrupted again and said, while he is deciding can i get my order while he is deciding please, I would prefer it be hot. They do not have an area that keeps it warm, just set it aside.
They forgot the gravy 4 the potatoes that made them dry,but chicken. & coleslaw were good,takeout so didn't notice potatoes with out gravy

First visit to this location. It wasn't the best experience. First off, we were told after we ordered and paid, it would be a 30 minute wait for two 2 pc. meals. There were at least a dozen or more parties waiting inside the very tiny dining area which only included a few tables and a counter with stools near the door. Although the staff was doing their best to keeping up with taking orders and calling out completed orders, it was very chaotic and many guests came in and immediately walked out. There should have been two lines designated, one for dining in or taking out and a 2nd line for pickup orders only. The drivethru line was also very long and we wondered if they were giving priority to the customers in the drivethru and we saw many parties inside who were there when we arrived, get their orders after we started eating. Also, there were many orders that were brought back to the counter that were missing items. One customer had driven home and found out there were no biscuits in his order so he called and came back. We were so excited a few weeks back to see this new KFC location. Not sure when it opened but I noticed on the door into the mens room the paint was wearing off already so had to have been open for awhile and we just didn't notice. It is in a very busy location across from Mills Fleet farm and just off of highway 169 so traffic can be tough nearby too. The person Jordi who took our order did a very good job and being polite and efficient and I know he had no control over the orders coming out. Also, as we sat there and watched the guests come back to the counter, we found out they had taken orders for Pot pies when they didn't have any ready as well as the biscuits. I believe this location will hopefully get through their kinks in the future but for now, we will not return as we feel that a 30 minute wait for take out food is not acceptable. Thank you.

By far, the best experience I've had at a KFC! Clean, well kept, pleasant staff. Food was great, Samson was helpful and friendly. Sad we had to drive a ways, but it was worth it for those biscuits and honey!!!

Literally everytime I order extra gravy I get nothing. This time they gave me corn instead and I did not order corn? Also these "Saucy" nuggets had no sauce on them.
Had a very large order, and due to a mistake we were missing a few things. I called in and spoke to Isaiah who was quick to figure everything out and solve the problem even though they were very busy at the moment.

Ordered 8 piece chicken meal for $30. They asked me if I wanted to get the all dark meal for $10 less. I said no. My order comes to $32. I get home and I'm missing a breast but they give me 2 xtra legs which are dark meat. Give me what I ordered and paid for! Never going back.
