The food has consistently been quite good. Our server was great as well and checked on us as needed to make sure we didn't need anything. If you are looking for good spots bar food this is definitely a place to try.
I spent an hour at Mad Jack's while my windshield was being repaired. The service was great, staff was friendly and attentive, and Happy Hour prices were exceptional!
This was our second time eating here, so we knew it was a “seat yourself” setup—thankfully, since no one greeted us when we walked in. We sat in the section to the right of the entrance and waited over 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. The booth we chose was dirty, as were the other four nearby. When we politely asked the server if she could clean ours, she flat-out replied, “You can sit somewhere else.” I told her the other booths were also dirty and asked her again to please clean one. She walked off to get a rag, but based on her rude attitude, we didn’t feel confident that the rest of the experience—especially the food or service—would be any better. So we left without ordering or spending a dime. This place seriously needs to improve its customer service and cleanliness. Very disappointing.

Father's Day
Nice will go again
We stopped in for a quick bite. Happy hour ends at 6 pm. We enjoyed the fried pickles and fried mushrooms. The fried mushrooms were not the standard little mushrooms and were really yummy. The sauce for the fried mushrooms was also good and we liked it better than the sauce for the pickles. The pulled pork sandwich was also good. Thanks to Jennifer for great service.
Have been to mad jacks often with friends. Last visit was 2 years ago and tonight, i walked in, seated self, and waited. More than 20 minutes. Half the restaurant tables were empty (unusual I thought). I was never greeted. Table never approached (akin to bar area). I left. Went across the street and was greeted, appreciated, and hosted. Bye mad jacks in brooklyn park. Spent $50 across street @ Reyes.
Chill atmosphere. Great food. Server was busy but took good care of us.

We were a large group (>10), with reservations, and provided just one server. My Cubano was small, dry, and generally flavorless. Service was inattentive.

The food is BOMB, I don't take time to do google reviews unless I'm wowed and the Specialty pulled chicken sandwich is amazing the chicken Auju is so good a salty drippings. I ordered with the Tomato Aioli on the side, it came on which I usually like it on at my pace but it was delicious. Kids meals are BIG.... Etabs paid out so it was a good night...

I wouldn’t wish any body to go to this place. It’s the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to
We better than average bar food. Was better than I was expecting. Wings were nice and crispy, sure was ok... my bartender was really great

Stopped in late weekday evening after pickleball league with 4 friends. Quiet, slower night, it looked like. Karaoke was going on on the patio area. There seemed to be only one server for the whole bar area. Had to wait awhile to order. Only apps were available to order off the menu. Beer was cold, nachos were just OK. Would like to try again in more normal hours.
