I've been here a couple times, both early lunch and late dinner. I've had both the Pho and Bun Bo hue. I love their broth for the Pho its honestly the best out of the other local Pho restaurants in terms of flavor. BBH was okay. It didn't like their broth as much but it was loaded with lots of meats. The service is really good, I appreciate there were checking on us with refill water and if the food was to our liking. Very kind people. 2 things I think they could improve on is the cleanliness of the store like the condiments thats out and secondly is their pricing is just a bit expensive (but still comparable to local restaurants .) Overall I would recommend this place for its flavorful broth and great service.

Terrible service, you order something from the menu and they want to sell you what they already have from other orders, we paid 64.94 and we weren't even receiving what we ordered, we asked to speak to a manager and she couldn't even show up, if she can't fix a mistake of theirs, I don't know what she's doing in that position.

Dine-in: Their customer service was good and the food was served quickly, nothing I can complain about.
Takeout: Food was ready when I arrived, wish the dishes were more balanced between meat and vegetables.

Mandarin is a must-visit for pho lovers! Their broth is rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The lunch menu offers great variety, making it easy to find something satisfying. The cream cheese wontons are crispy and perfectly cooked, with a creamy filling that hits the spot. To top it off, their Thai dessert fruit drink is a refreshing, vibrant treat. Plus, their waitress Ellen goes above and beyond, ensuring every customer feels welcomed and cared for. A standout dining experience!

Good food but the inside is just too dirty. Can't go back there anymore.
After eating here many times I just can't overlook how dirty everything is. It would take the staff a few minutes at the end of each day to clean the eating areas and little jars of spices and condiments.
After I realized what the kitchen must look like, I just can't go back.

I always pass this place driving down 85th and decided to give it a try. I think it was ok. The fried rice was like white rice with a couple of veggies in it. The place was not very clean. We had to wait over 20 minutes to get our food. And service could have been better. Smile more

The prices have doubled since last year and the portion sizes have gone down. I took 3 take out boxes of bun Bo hu. I should’ve looked in the boxes. When I got home , the portions and number of items have shrunken down. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Three stars is being generous. If you're stuck in Brooklyn Park and can't find anything else, then sure. Otherwise, hard pass.
