This is the worst Mc Donald’s!!!! Ordered breakfast on my way to work but got something I didn’t order. Then when I tried to call them to let them know, no one answered the phone. Not sure if the language barrier is what’s hindering them from having good customer service?!?!?!

Went through the drive thru today. Ordered two sausage, egg, and cheese McMuffins. Got home and they forgot the egg on both of them. The problem is the people taking the order. They barely speak let alone understand English. Don’t ask them a question. You’ll get an answer that has nothing to do with what you just said. They just smile and shake their head and say yes. This is and has been an issue with this location. They only have Hispanic workers at this location. The food looked and tasted horrible anyhow. Threw away the second sandwich.
I havent been back to this location in a few months until today. The food quality has gone way way down at this location since last time... Buns were overcooked and dry. Big mac tasted really weird and was tiny. McCrispy tasted weird and was tiny. Medium fries were only filled half way and were cold. Even the coke tasted watered down and I tried all the fountain drink spots. What is going on here?

Machines down/off that disrupt your mobile order and the store says it can't do anything. No refund, no offers to make it right, just tell you to use the app and the app tells you to go to the store. Waste of time and I'm still out money.
