I asked for extra pickles and they gave me 1 pickle on both of my burgers. They didn’t have sweet tea, so I got coke instead, and they gave me cherry coke instead of regular coke. Their fries are also cold and soggy. Also they said their ice cream machine wasn’t working, but I don’t believe that either.

I love this place but you have to know how to order..so you can get a good quality of food(if you will) I order fish fillets with no cheese so they have to cook it fresh otherwise it would be in the warming
I would love it someday if the shake machine worked so I can get one of those shamrock shakes one of these times. Stop advertising limited shakes and then customers are told the shake machine is broke. ????♀️??♀️

Just went through the drive thru, ordered 6 piece chicken meal and a spicy chicken meal with an extra order of large fries. Came home to find a Big Mac meal and a hamburger meal with nothing in it

Staff needs training on customer service skills. Instead of saying you can’t make something Bc it’s not on the menu doesn’t mean you can’t make it.
I didn't eat McDonalds for a number of years because I know it's not healthy and I was into fitness. Well lately I have been using the app and this location always has great service and surprisingly actually enjoy my DQPC even as a burger snob. Our orders are 99%+ correct as we only have done drive thru. I think there may have been 1 time in about 30 times ordering there was an error.

Have a big order to do at kiosk. But for some reason the doors were already locked. It was only 9:30. The sign said open inside till 10. Seriously there were diners in the restaurant eating.
