McDonald's food is McDonald's food. I can't figure out when paying a restaurant for food and them determining how much dipping sauce I need and deciding I drink too much while waiting for food so they fill my cup and hand it to me with my food became a thing we accept.
There was no service or cleanliness here!! I specifically payed at the counter to get a receipt for work expenses. Told the girl who came to the counter to help me that was why I came to the counter. After I paid she then says " we are out of receipt paper. Sorry." And walked away. Restaurant was FILTHY and smelled like someone took a dump in the dining room. I got my food and left. I knew better than to expect the employees to do more than that. Seemed like I was an inconvenience to them.

If I can give this place a zero I would. This specific mcdonald's needs to be removed from the doordash platform! They never make anything fresh, and for some reason, the employees are disrespectful with the food. Intentionally smashed boxes and buns. Sandwhiches thrown together missing standard toppings and whot not. AND HOW CAN YOU FORGET THE STRAWS. This is for the late night crew specifically you suck!

As far as McDonald’s goes, this one has been a good one, in my opinion. Their customer service has been good. A big part of deciding to go there is due to their app. It’s one of my favorites because the points/rewards accrue fairly quickly.
Kid-friendliness: There isn’t a play area here, which I like. My son got pink eye years ago after playing in a different restaurant‘s play area. That’s when I realized they aren’t as clean as one would expect. I know pink eye is very contagious and hard to reign in, but disinfecting the surfaces daily would help, I believe.
Its McDonald's...they didnt have Vanilla Ice Cream so i didnt get anything though it was almost 11am...

Loose the attitude! Everytime I come here there is always someone talking so slow and very low at the intercom!! I literally have to shout !! Don’t get me started with the manager… he also needs to loose an attitude I understand that sometimes working at a fast food place is frustrating but damm leave the attitude at home literally!!!!! DO BETTER PEOPLE!!!!!!

Multiple times where I have waited in either drive thru lane and have an employee take forever or just not take down my order. Whoever is taking orders in drive thru lanes should learn that there are 2 lanes. I would recommend Popeyes across the street, which has better customer service.

Very unsatisfied with the communication with the people at the window. Got overcharged because they couldn't understand the order. Wasn't fixed or refunded or given anything extra for the trouble. Very rude and dont seem to understand a simple order. Won't be going back
