Visiting Minneapolis and I had a huge craving for Vietnamese food that reminded me of home and I came across MT noodles. Their Canh Chua Ca was one of the most comforting dishes I’ve had in a restaurant and tasted just like my childhood.
I would also recommend giving their Bun Cha Hanoi a try - it’s so flavorful and jam packed with fresh herbs and veggies.
MT Noodles exceeded my expectations and I’ll be coming back again.

Unique make your own spring rolls concept. The food was tasty and the portions were good. I only wish the tables were bigger. It's a bit of a drive for me but I'll definitely be returning!

By far the best Vietnamese restaurant I've ever been to in the twin cities! The team is kind, and the food has so much Vietnamese food that you'd only find in Vietnamese homes. Culturally, I'd bring my older family members here as the staff here do speak Vietnamese, and are incredibly kind to myself and any friends I bring here. The coffee is incredibly strong and I'd recommend this restaurant for anyone who wants to try all sorts of different Vietnamese food! Also, Suni Lee went to this restaurant after the Olympics in Paris. That's just a start of an incredible recommendation imo. The broken pork rice dish was incredible and the Pho broth alone was not too sweet yet extremely rich. Will come back and try the rest of the menu.
This place was amazing! Went here with four people and we all got different dishes. All the portions were very large so we have kits of leftovers, which is amazing. Servers were incredibly polite and friendly. I would totally come back and recommend it to people in the area.

Great Vietnamese restaurant with traditional and authentic food. They do get busy at lunch, even on weekdays. It's kind of out of the way, but it's worth a visit.
Everything was amazing. We got the number 2 and the number 7. App & meal had plenty of food. Staff were good. Food was awesome. Cleanliness of the establishment was in very good order.
