It was so disappointing to deliver an order to a customer with a half full drink (in a solo cup) because MT Noodles said that because she didn’t want ice that was the amount of beverage she would get unless she paid an additional cost. Seriously the mark up on a beverage is already at least 200% or more so maybe look at the customer service of it instead of being worried you might lose 50% of profit on something your still making money on. Now you may lose a customer that’s a much bigger loss! Do you serve half full beverages in the restaurant too? Crazy! 🤦🏻♀️

Really wanted like the restaurant due ti the location and convenience. The restaurant itself is pretty standard seating. Good variety on the menu. The egg rolls were okay, good flavor but way too much rice/mung bean noodle filler. You basically judge a Vietnamese by the pho and the broth was just not on par. Not as much aromatics and a little too sweet. The spicy tofu dish had way too much sugar and not enough spice. The mains issue was the service, the older lady there (maybe the owner) just acted like she was annoyed that we were even there. Was abrupt with our order and didn’t bother to even check to see how we liked the food. Had us check out by the register. Food was average at best and with the service, we won’t be back.

The food is excellent and quick to serve. Make sure to order fried rolls, they are made with rice paper and are very generous with the filling!
The soups pho and wonton noodles are wonderful especially on the cooler days.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in the Twin Cities and one of my top recommendations for anyone visiting (that has the means to get out to the suburbs for a great meal). Our favorite thing to get is the Bun Dac Biet. The meat is really perfectly glazed and cooked. They capture a great grilled flavor. Their Nuoc Cham is also one of my local favorites—perfectly balanced between the sweetness and saltiness, with a deep fish sauce flavor. The egg rolls have an excellent bubbled crispy texture from the perfectly fried rice paper. It all pairs very well with the crisp vegetables of the salad. Such a great fresh bite! Our other honorable mentions from the menu are the: Spring Rolls, Vietnamese Crepe, Banh Khot, and any of the soups. It’s also worth mentioning that the portions are sizable and the staff is always helpful and friendly.
The best pho I've ever had. I've been getting it for my friends recently too and they agree it is phenomenal!! My go-to favorite Vietnamese restaurant. Highly recommend.

I came to pick up the order of egg rolls I made and they were not only being prepared fresh but after I brought them home for my husband, they made an audible crunch and he said they were the best egg rolls he has ever had! A humble order, but well prepared ! We will be back - everything at MT Noodles is delicious!
I loved coming to eat at this place but lately this place has become disrespectful and racist and if you ask to speak to the manager the waitresses refuse to let you speak to the owner, they are not professional. I hope the waiters improve and treat everyone equally regardless of their skin color or nationality.
