Been here three times now since I come to Minnesota for business.

The food is excellent and quick to serve. Make sure to order fried rolls, they are made with rice paper and are very generous with the filling!

The soups pho and wonton noodles are wonderful especially on the cooler days.

The viet coffee is nice and strong!

This is one of my favorite restaurants in the Twin Cities and one of my top recommendations for anyone visiting (that has the means to get out to the suburbs for a great meal). Our favorite thing to get is the Bun Dac Biet. The meat is really perfectly glazed and cooked. They capture a great grilled flavor. Their Nuoc Cham is also one of my local favorites—perfectly balanced between the sweetness and saltiness, with a deep fish sauce flavor. The egg rolls have an excellent bubbled...

I came to pick up the order of egg rolls I made and they were not only being prepared fresh but after I brought them home for my husband, they made an audible crunch and he said they were the best egg rolls he has ever had! A humble order, but well prepared ! We will be back - everything at MT Noodles is delicious!
