Visiting Minneapolis and I had a huge craving for Vietnamese food that reminded me of home and I came across MT noodles. Their Canh Chua Ca was one of the most comforting dishes I’ve had in a restaurant and tasted just like my childhood.

I would also recommend giving their Bun Cha Hanoi a try - it’s so flavorful and jam packed with fresh herbs and veggies.

MT Noodles exceeded my expectations and I’ll be coming back again.

Visiting from New York for a cabin trip and heard about this place from a friend. This place is surprisingly better than most Viet restaurants I’ve had in New York. so hard to find authentic Viet food in NY but this really hit home.

Unique make your own spring rolls concept. The food was tasty and the portions were good. I only wish the tables were bigger. It's a bit of a drive for me but I'll definitely be returning!
