Ordered via drive-through: dark roast coffee and cheese souffle. Coffee I received reeked of hazelnut, plus I didn't get the sugar I requested, so I went in to replace. Got a new cup and filled it myself. Coffee was completely flavorless and bland, albeit not weak. I couldn't wait much longer. 30 min later I got green diarrhea, even though I don't have gallbladder issues. Staff were courteous and helpful, but there was something wrong with this location, or their process. I've had coffee and souffle at Panera for years, never had this issue. While their coffee was never fantastic, it was always decent, not this bad.

This particular Panera often struggles. It is close to my home so I've stopped several times. Today I was in a hurry and needed protein, not carbs so I ordered a cup of chili. It took a long time before a person handed me a to go bag an said, "here's your Mac and Cheese". I let him know I ordered chili and he said oh- and left. The gal came back handing me the bag and I stated I ordered chili. She had her manager come over and took the Mac off my bill and shut the window. She spoke with the manager and opened the window handing me the bag and said thanks for waiting I could keep the Mac and Cheese. When I arrived home famished I found the Mac and Cheese and no chili. I didn't pay anything, but what happened to the Chili???

Worst Panera location ever. Make sure you check your order before leaving. They never get my order right or they are constantly forgetting something. It’s like they don’t even make sure everything is in the bag before handing it to people. I used to work in the food service so I go back everytime giving them the benefit of the doubt that it was just a bad day for them but no it’s the same every time. This location needs new management and new workers.
